I am a young lady so sometimes all this car stuff can get overwhelming, they both take there time and walk me through every step of the service experience. I received an email with the advertise the above price without any asterisks or notes and even in this add, the price is $50k with including $3k in incentives, when I went to the dealership, the had the price at $64k and try to sell me the truck for $61k with a smile . Do not trust any “sale” pricing even if they send you an email starting the sale price.

I live within 2 miles of this dealer. Tried 3 times within 10 years to purchase a brand new Dodge vehicle. Negotiated a much better deal at 3 other Dealerships, all within a maximum of a 3 hour drive. I suggest that anyone shop around & find a better deal than they'll ever offer & I mean by thousands of hard earned US Dollars. Of course I received emails in which they claimed to work harder but no one ever even replied to my return email. This has been my honest experience, yours may differ. Bobby was helpful and expedient. Went above and beyond what was asked. The service manager, Greg, also made sure I was well taken care of.

If your not familiar with auto repairs please take your vehicle somewhere else if you can. They have no concern to fix the actual problem but only side step the issue and charge you a ton of money to not fix the actual problem. They wont own up to there screw ups and when you voice your concerns it falls on def ears. Very disappointed after dropping 60,000 on a new truck. I will never buy from there again.
