LIARS and CONARTISTS, DO NOT TRUST PRICING!!!!
Lied about price of vehicle advertised. Confirmed via email that the sale price of the vehicle was in fact $15,027 as I was driving from Georgia. Arrived at dealership informed I had a price already and was ready to buy. The salesperson brought over his Sales Manager with "The Numbers". As he was sitting down I immediately notice that the price on the paper is in excess of $25k, to which I stop him before he can't start spilling his BS. Told him $25k is not $15k. He immediately starts talking all the usual BS about options that have been added and it being on the addendum, and of course those rip off dealer fees. Told them that Florida Statutes require all of that to be included in the advertised price, he said no it doesn't and that there is a "disclaimer", how they are a huge company and have lots of lawyers and Not doing anything illegal. Even if that were the case, which its not, not being illegal doesn't equate to being unethical. As they did not want to honor the advertised price, which they are required to do so by law, I asked for the keys to my vehicle and said I'd be reporting them. Funny enough not even an hour later as I am in a different dealer already signing paperwork for a different vehicle that I found a great online advertised price....The GM of Napleton sends me an email saying how they are sorry that we couldn't make a deal and that the "offer great pricing ECT." And they would love to still try to earn my business. Yeah NO you made your bwd and burnt your bridge. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE LIARS!!! The Sales Managers are smug oil snakes who think there is nothing wrong with unethical and misleading advertisements. But there is something MASSIVELY wrong when there is a $10k difference in the advertised price and the sales price. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Lies and zero communication!
Awful customer service and communication!!! As someone who spends many months researching for a future purchase such as a new Jeep Wrangler, here is my experience with this dealership. The first on site visit looking at Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators was met with a gentleman who no longer works there that promised all kinds of competitive pricing. After a few months later and getting much more serious about narrowing down a purchase, I reached out again and was contacted by Megan, one of the finance managers. The initial emails back and forth were quick but lacking in the info i needed/wanted when it came to a custom build. After a day of communication and explaining what the previous gentleman and I talked about, she just stopped emailing me back. I then got in touch with one of the receptionists, Brenda, who I downloaded ALL of my information and files of builds to. She said my managers have everything ready to go and that they could possibly be more competitive than even the Employee Pricing deals. So I went ahead and made an appointment and was told to mention that I have a VIP appointment once I had arrived...the worst was yet to come... Once I had arrived at the dealership, my wife and I walked in and I said I was there for my VIP appointment. The manager and sales guys at the front counter almost laughed and had no idea what I was talking about. One gentleman, by the name of Austin, takes me over to their desk to start chatting and I mentioned that all my paperwork and info should have already been on file. Once again, he had no idea so it was like starting all over. After a couple hours of going over everything and them finding a vehicle that was 90% of what I was looking for we began to move forward with the process but even that was an ordeal with the manager and Austin together not being consistent and trying to rush me through the process when I needed to get to work and even wanted to take my vehicle trade in right then. Due to work I had to come back later that night to finish the financing portion and I will say that was the only acceptable phased of this as Jase was very nice, patient, and willing to explain anything I asked about. So I walk away with all financing completed, half of my down payment submitted, and thinking I am ready to go. They just had to get the vehicle from a different dealership and I was promised a call the next day with an update/details on the timeline. Over the span of six days, I got no phone calls except for one in the middle of the week responding to one of my many messages. He was a manager that was unassociated with the situation so he said he would do some digging and get back to me but he never did. I called so many times that the reception people knew who I was and what days I called because they could only relay a message, send an email over, or transfer my call. Whenever they would transfer my call it would either end up disconnected or in a voicemail box. I was never able to get through to anyone associated with the purchase for 6 days...until...they called me today and told me that the car had been sold out from under me by the other dealership the day after I had purchased. The only statement they made was that the deal had no been “funded” officially yet probably because of the weekend but could not offer and concrete details. I explained to the gentleman on the phone everything that I have written in this review and they basically said “sorry there is nothing we can do for incentives pricing to do a different vehicle or anything else”... While trying to keep my cool, I explain that I can ping the vehicle and have Uconnect access to the vehicle with my phone remote and that the vehicle is still on the other dealership’s website. If they sold it, then how can all of that still be available to me? He then said he was going to call the other dealership to see why they are saying it is sold then but nothing back... I drove to the dealership to get answers and once again didn’t really get anywhere. The next day however, I was called as promised and was told that the Sarasota dealership would not give up the vehicle and nothing could be done. However, I called the other dealership and found out that it was NEVER available even a week ago while I was physically signing the paperwork. Caught Mark, the sales manager in multiple lies by this point. Bottom line is zero communication for days wondering what is going on and zero effort to make anything right. Thank god I didn’t end up handing over my trade in vehicle.I plan on filing complaints with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission as well as a letter to corporate with this experience. I tried so hard to be patient through this entire experience but they truly made it an awful one. Save yourself the headache and do your research before approaching a dealership like this one!

Very disappointed.
Purchased a 2013 Jeep that was supposedly checked out and no safety concerns. ABS went out on drive home. And took it to my local Jeep dealership and $3500 later I will have a safe car again. The buying process and facilities are good but what is the point when you don’t use them. Called dealership multiple times and emailed dealership no response. I won’t not recommend buying here again. It was my fault for not verifying that the car was safe for my family to ride in before signing paperwork. I should have stayed with the couple places I know that will stand by the product and services they sale.

This place is an absolute joke. Saw a vehicle listed online and also on auto trader for Napleton. Spent three days talking to women salesman who acted like there’s a dead body hidden in the truck and they were not allowed to speak about the vehicle. They’re trying to sell a vehicle I’m trying to buy a vehicle. These people are nothing but unprofessional at every level. I called to file a complaint with the general manager somehow my call got disconnected both times. The sad thing is I still want to buy this vehicle. I will not list the names of sales women. That is only because they do not qualify to be in sales.
