My New Favorite Dealership!

Gary Novak didn't sell me a car, he helped me buy one! Everyone was genuinely sincere and worked together as a team to make the deal happen. My wife and I left happy with our purchase and satisfied with the service; just ask for Gary!

Today, I was serviced by Eric. I really enjoyed his service. He understood my issue, listened to me and gave me advice. He got my 3 year old daughter and I a ride to and from. It was a great experience. He's excellent at what he does. If I ever had to go back I only want to work with him. Such a cutie!! I want to Thank Deshawn the driver and the guy that washed my windows. I felt personally connected to these guys. Thanks again

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews on places, but this dealer and salesman deserve it! This salesman Mike Diaz made the process of switching my car the easiest buy i’ve ever done, i drove 4 hours to the dealer simply because of this amazing customer experience they have. This is the first time i can genuine say i didn’t feel pushed to sign nor did i feel like i was getting ripped off. Mike on his own did everything possible to lower the price of the car as much as possible. I was in shock, i got 3 times a better truck than what i was getting at another dealer at a lower cost, lower payments, no down! If you are in the market for a vehicle. GO SEE MIKE DIAZ, this man will not let you down nor waste your time!

Below is a thread of emails that I have sent to the general manager (or so he claims) on several dates to let him know of my experience at Napleton, only to receive the same auto response telling me to come in. Unbelievable that they tried to sell me a vehicle for 5000 over what they advertised when you show up. Bottom line, I’m buying the same truck with the same options for 5000 less than what Napleton tried to get me to pay. Bob, At this point, I’m not sure you even exist because you haven’t attempted to address what I outlined below. Chad did a terrible job and actually tried ripping me off. I’m actually getting the same vehicle this weekend from another dealership, with the same options for 5000 less than what your place was trying to get me to pay. See below for other responses as it is apparent that you really haven’t looked at them/ or don’t really care about customers. Feb. 14 Apparently this is an automatic generated email, as I received the same one when we visited last week. I responded and received the same email two days later, without a response to what I addressed. My original response is copied below, as apparently it wasn’t read by you. It seems that you are just automatically sending follow up emails out without looking and reading what is actually taking place at your dealership and why people are going elsewhere. Friday, February 7, 2020... Bob, I did visit this afternoon, after communicating for a few weeks with Shay and Destiny. I spoke with Chad this morning and told him there were 4 vehicles that I wanted to look at, in hopes of narrowing my decision down. I also mentioned that the 4 vehicles would need add ons, as they were missing 1,2 or all three components that I needed (leather seats, spray in bed liner, steps). Chad said that ;leather would run about 1500 and the spray in liner and steps about 500 each. I also asked how accurate the sale prices were and he said the sale price is the actual price. We agreed that I would ask for him when I arrived and he would help me out. When I arrived, I asked for him and a brand new salesman (I did not get his name) began asking me what I was looking for. I told him I was waiting for Chad and he said that Chad asked him to help me and he would meet up with us later. I explained to the new salesman that I wanted to see 3 of the vehicles (I decided against one of them because it was higher in price than the other three), but particularly wanted to see Stock#239034. He took down the stock numbers of the three vehicles and returned with keys to two of them. He said the one I was particularly wanting to see wasn’t available. We ent and looked at the other two for a few minutes, and I then told him that I needed out the door (tax, tag/title) pricing on all three, with the added features I needed (one needed spray in bed liner, steps and leather, another one needed, leather and steps, and the one I really wanted to see also just needed leather and steps). The young man then passed my wife and I to another salesman, because he said he had to leave. The other salesman passed us off to another salesman. The third salesman asked the same questions that the first one did, although the information was already written on a sheet of paper. He then got up and Chad came and introduced himself to us. I told him that the particular vehicle we wanted to see was not available and that I wanted a final price with the add ons like we talked about earlier. He left for a few minutes and then came back with a price that was 9000 higher than the sale price. He explained that we didn’t qualify for all rebates and that the price would be 40250 instead of 37783. Once he added tax, tag/title and dealer fee, the new price was 46500. This didn’t even include the leather and steps we needed on this vehicle (it already had a spray in bed liner). Now, I know that sales tax on 40250 is 7% in our county county, which would be just over 2800. Tag and title on a new vehicle is about 300-350. That leaves over 3000 in fees. I told him that this was way to expensive and didn’t even have what we requested. He tried to show me what the MSRP was and did the math on the rebates, then began asking about my trade in, where I wanted my payments to be, etc. I politely told him that we would not be able to make a deal and left. I have been a loyal Chrysler supporter for a very long time. My family and I have purchased 10 chrysler vehicles in the past 8-9 years (3 Rams, 2, Town/Country, 2 Pacifica, 1 Avenger, 1 Journey, 1 Charger). All of our purchases were at Jerry Ulm in Tampa. The reason for us driving an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle is because of pricing. I have always purchased working from invoice price, then deduct rebates(I know that even at invoice, there is profit for you to make). I truly went to Napleton because I live in Clermont, you had the model I was looking for in the color I wanted (only needed a few add ons), and the listed prices would have had me very close to my max after add ons, tax, tag/title (I had no idea fees at Napleton were that much. I know that you may feel this is a rant, but just wanted to share my experience today. Needless to say, I don’t think we would be purchasing a vehicle there. It seems that this is a regular issue at Napleton because when we were leaving, two other customers also left making comments as to how your on line prices are misleading. Thanks for your time, although I’m quite sure that this will not be read, looked into or followed up on.

Such a bad experience!!

This all started with a phone call to the dealership to verify that they had the truck I was interested in. I was told over the phone that the truck was on the lot. I scheduled the test drive and drove to the dealership. Upon arrival it became clear that they did not have the vehicle. The salesman explained that unfortunately this happens. The people answering the phones get a $20 commission if they schedule a test drive and you show up. It gets worse! I was shown a 2019 trade in with only 2000 miles on it. It was presented to me that they had taken the truck in at just under $65,000 and would be satisfied to sell it for a 3 or 4 thousand dollar profit. So approximately $69,000. Beautiful truck and that would be a good deal. Before even making it to the truck to take it for a test drive they came back with a price increase saying it was listed on their website for $75,000 and the price would actually have to be $70,000. During the test drive it became clear that there was an issue as the truck pulled noticeably to the right. Was told it hadn't been thru their service / check-in process yet and that it probably just needed an alignment. This is the point we talked a bit more about price and how there would be $900 doc fee etc, etc. I explained that I didn't think it was right to keep increasing the price at every turn but let's get the alignment taken care of and see where we're at. This was Saturday, they would get it thru service and specifically check the alignment. They ended up texting me Sunday at 5pm that the service was completed and we could do another test drive on Monday. Monday comes and I get the following text: "Forget the truck. Deal don't work for you" That's it. No phone call, no explanation. Spent an hour or so trying to get the salesman to answer his phone only to get a text stating: "your out the door price is going to be higher then your willing to pay based on our last conversation. So I don't want you drive out here for nothing." Did eventually get him to talk to me for a minute only to be referred to the sales manager. Spoke to Meagen, the used car sales manager to be told that the price would now be $74,999 Documentation and other fees. I told her how frustrating it was to have the price continuously be bumped higher. She apologized for the misunderstanding and stated that she had $74,000 in to the truck and couldn't sell it for the $70,000 agreed to by the salesman. She was sorry but would be happy to obtain the best possible financing for the truck and have it all set to go if I would like. If not it was ok because they had someone else interested in the truck. Not kidding... she actually said that! So apparently they were now willing to sell the truck for only a $1000 profit instead of the $4000 profit that then had to be $5000. AND... as sorry as they were... everything would be ok because they had another buyer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
