I was traveling from Arizona to Maryland for Military and was in FL to visit some family. Due to some factory issues, my main seal between the trans and engine was defective and needed replacement. I was able to go in the day after christmas and get my car back within 4 days. Helped me out so much, especially knowing i had to get back on the road to MD. Greg at the Service department was the one who helped me and I would recommend him for anyone.

We're from NJ and had an issue with our 2016 Jeep Cherokee on the way to Florida. This dealership was not our usual location but they took care of us immediately and understood the urgency of the situation. They were helpful, efficient and arranged a loaner car for 24 hours while our Jeep was checked. We were really relieved that they took care of us even though we were not from the area

Tom, the service representative was great! He greeted me and answered all my questions and provided an update while I waited for my service. He explained what was completed and was very professional.

I never have an issue with the customer service side of things when I take my car to the service center. However getting my car fixed completely HAS been an issue during the entirety of my lease term so far. Charlie is always great and takes great care of me when I go for service. However, while it isn't his fault there still is the issue of actually fixing my car. While he can only report back to me what the shop/mechanics are telling him I understand that. I am just a little upset that as a whole Napleton hasn't noticed that I've brought my car up there 6+ times for the same exact issue.
