Christopher Nostro is one of the sales associates here. I recommend him if you go, ask for him by name. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory - if what you want is not there he will find it for you. He didn't pressure us into a vehicle, he allowed us to browse and provided us with excellent and extensive details on the vehicle we were looking at. Christopher is an asset to the dealership.

Run away as fast as you can!

So, I just got home from Napelton Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Clermont, FL. They had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport for a week doing some work. They had to replace the rear main seal, the front axle seals, alternator and tensioner pulley. I left my vehicle with them on the 9th of February. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up on the 15th. When I went to get my vehicle, there was still a loud noise under the hood and when they moved the vehicle back to the bay there was a puddle of oil under the vehicle because the rear main seal was still bad. I didn't end up getting my vehicle back until late on the 17th. When I was at a friends house i noticed they didn't put the bolts back in that hold my fuel tank skid plate to the transmission cross member. So I brought it back today to get the bolts put back in and the service manager told me they didn't take those bolts out of my jeep. Do they think everyone is an idiot. You have to take out the transmission crossmember to pull the transmission. Well he then proceeded to take the bolts from another customers vehicle (it was a white jeep wrangler, so if you have your vehicle there, make sure you check them) and tried putting them in mine after I told him that I have an upgraded crossmember. He then went to tell me that the reason those bolts are missing is because they both backed out while I was off-roading and I caught the skid plate on something causing it to bend backwards. He stuck to his story even though I told him that both the bolts were torqued to spec with lock tight. I can see one bolt may backing out but two. Also, there was not paint damage on that part of the skid plate. Needless to say I will not go back to Napelton, nor will I recommend any of my friends or family to go there. Treat your customers like idiots and word of mouth will spread. If you know anyone that uses Napelton, tell them to go elsewhere.

Worst service department ever.

Since I was 18 years old and bought my first car this is the worst service department I have ever taken any of my cars to I own three Dodgers right now will never take him back there to be serviced

This was a very easy process from start to finish.

Hunter Votour is a very good salesperson. He worked very hard to get me the best possible deal. When his dealership did not have the vehicle that I wanted, he looked around and found the one I was looking for.

Excellent

We drove from Jacksonville, fl to look at a jeep. The write up online was incorrect for the jeep that we went to look at, however they found us exactly what we wanted in another jeep already on the lot for close to the same price. Great service. Hunter, the salesman, even ran to the store to get a bow to put on the jeep.
