I always take my car to Groulx Automotive because I know that Doug, in the Service Dept. goes out of his way to make sure my car is safe for me to drive. Groulx Automotive has a great service dept.

Bought new Terrain
I'll start off by saying that I find buying a new car stressful - we bought a new 2011 Acadia from Bobby Groulx 3 years ago and thought he did an excellent job so returned to him to down size one level to a new Terrain - again My wife and I felt very comfortable with Bobby and purchased the Terrain... We were extremely well satisfied with Bobby and also with the Finance gentleman, Mr. Jondro. I also should add that I had checked our trade in twice to make sure nothing was left in it but the "detail man" found my wife's Nook (electronic book reader) up under the seat and it was returned to us. Thus speaks extremely well for the honesty of your employees as we would have had no idea where it disappeared to. You have a very well satisfied customer! Thank You Jerry Johnson :)

Great friendly service
Doug is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am always welcomed like an old friend when I call or visit the dealership. Doug recommends levels of service or alternates when appropriate. I have been going to Groulx for cars and service for over 30 years because I am happy with the way everyone treats me.

Great salesmanship, Professional & Friendly Staff.
As I indicated in the GMC Survey, I am without a doubt very satisfied with the professionalism, friendliness, and great salesmanship received. The experience, just like my previous one, is without a doubt, "Top Notch", and solidified return visits and referrals. Though, I live a fair distance away, other family members have already made previous purchases and service. We had a problem with a wheel. The crew repaired it and in a timely fashion and even washed the car.

Excellent service & absolute confidence in the lea
Until I started dealing with Groulx GMC & Jim Trouten, I dreaded dealing with car salesmen as I never really trusted them. I'm on my 3rd lease at Groulx GMC now & each lease has been a stress free experience. Thank you Jim & Groulx.

sensors and cat. converter that failed were promptly replaced. only unresolved issue is radio not working , but is not covered and I cant afford a new one.
