Great Service

I did not have a scheduled appointment, it was late in the day and the service department took my vehicle right in, fixed the problem and had me back on the road in just over an hour. Considering what was wrong, I thought that was pretty good.

Nice renovation! Thank you for shuttle & car wash!

I appreciate the complimentary car wash and cleaning my Winter car mats. What a nice surprise when I picked up my car after the oil change and tire rotation! I always appreciate the shuttle service to and from work. The entire dealership renovation is such a nice updated improvement.

Excellent Service

Staff was extremely friendly. When I dropped off my vehicle, someone met me outside and offered his arm so I didn't slip on the ice. Jennifer was friendly, professional and efficient. Loved being shuttled back to my office (didn't have to arrange a ride or sit in waiting room) and he backed up right to the door so I didn't have to trek across the icy parking lot. Was picked up and taken back to pick up my vehicle even though it was really close to closing time. AND not only did your wonderful staff wash my Terrain, they also cleaned the inside!! Love my Terrain, Love Groulx's Staff, and have been extremely happy with my experiences so far.

Good, Friendly

Finished work was great. The supplement was crazy high! I think the insurance company would have totaled the car if the estimate was done correctly.

Great Service

Doug has been really helpful with the issues we have been experiencing with our 2012 Buick Verano. He has been very communicative regarding the status and issues with us. I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else but Doug.

Best service ever recieved

Was taken care of very well. Fitted in on a spur of the moment stop. Went next door to eat while waiting and within 1/2 hr. The service manager came and brought me my keys. Very good service.

Personable, friendly, professional

Bobby is wonderful to deal with....so is the entire team at the dealership. They are honest and efficient, always pleasant. They make it easy to purchase a vehicle.

Great salesman, great service, great car.

Bobby Groulx was excellent and took the time to explain the features of the car as well as introduced us to the maintenance supervisor, Doug. He's the best salesperson ever!

Great Service Fair Prices

I have a great relationship with the service department.They understand my my needs.I had the usual L.O.F. tire rotation,clean & adjust rear breaks,front,rear & T-case fluid changes.They pointed out my battery was starting to get weak, had that replaced too with fair pricing and a truck wash too.
