This vehicle has been a challenge since the day I laid eyes on it (it was purchased used and it is a very long story that I am sure Bobby Grouxl and I will laugh about for a VERY long time). So it would only be fitting for this car to make me think that we have a really serious problem less than two months after purchase and that the only way to fix the car once and for all was going to mean I had to buy a new vehicle. But like the always professional and skilled team the service department dug in and fixed the error that was displayed by the diagnostics. When that error was cleared another module displayed as having issues and was apparently the root cause of some of the other problems I had experienced. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered. They gave the car back and with 48 hours the car started behaving very badly. I was thoroughly convinced that the vehicle and I were doomed to part ways less than two months after purchase. I left the car with Service on Monday morning and walked right in to sit down with Bobby and started making alternate plans (checking inventory, availability, etc.) just in case the service Department got more than they bargained for with the beast. Undaunted the service team went through the car top to bottom. It has only been back with me for a couple of days, but as of now it appears they have tamed the beast and the issues are fixed! The car is running as if it were brand new! I can?t say enough about this dealership! I think the service manager was more upset than I was when I showed up on Monday morning and reported the car was behaving badly again! What a great group to work with in both sales and service. They don?t give up easily, never take your business for granted. They truly believe in customer service, and doing what it takes to make the situation right! Awesome job once again Bobby & Doug!

Great All-Around Experience
When I purchased my car from Groulx Automotive, the entire experience was a total pleasure. The sales associate that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I brought the car in for regular maintenance, the Service staff could not have been nicer. They even dropped me off to work that morning. When I picked my car up, it had even been washed for me. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and family and look forward to working with them in the future

Good experience buying a used truck
I found a used truck at Groulx that fit my search. But the dealership was quite far away from my home. After some review, the criteria (truck type and price) fit so well that I thought I better take a look. I drove the 60+ miles just to check it out. Ended up making the deal with Groulx for this truck. It was worth the drive and they treated me very good. Would recommend this dealer, even if it's a little far from you.

one of the best service experiences i have ever had very informative and i felt as if they cared about me and my automobile. I would also recomend giving this dealership a chance to show you your next new automobile everyone on the sales floor was friendly and very helpful it looked like they all enjoyed what they were doing and it put me at ease i didnt feel any pressure and they all made me feel at home. Highly recomend Groulx GMC I will be back!!
