Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I took my 2015 Kia optima that was part of the engine class action, it was regected because of insufficient maintenance records. They will do everything in their power to make sure you don't get a new motor. My Kia optima had always been perfect and maintenance regularly, then just out of the blue it started knocking and shaking. How a brand and dealership can regect to do the right thing for their faulty motor blows my mind.

I bought 2 cars in the 2 years from this dealership.

I bought 2 cars in the 2 years from this dealership. I called up about a used Honda civic.. I was told. They was going to run numbers and get back to me.. I voiced my concern about the dealership changing hands. The salesman never got back to me with the numbers. Just as I feared.. This is not the same dealership.. I did go on to buy a used Honda civic at another dealership.. That wanted my business.. Going to give them a chance at the maintenance on my car.. but we will see on that..

The experience was highly satisfactory.

The experience was highly satisfactory. The customer service was exceptional, and their consistent ability to find solutions was commendable. Despite encountering a minor issue with my credit on my part, they still offered me a new car, which was an unexpected and generous gesture.

My Kia had an engine replacement as warranteed.

My Kia had an engine replacement as warranteed. After returning it several time after the repair. Things not screwed back on,engine cover found on back seat, worst was oil was overfilled and they never replaced the dipstick so I had oil all over engine compartment. My own mechanic was shocked they didn't change oil right then..Who knows what had gotten in the motor after a few week of dip stick missing. Now it's skipping a bit but I just don't trust them. What good is a warranty if they are a place you can't trust???

Worked with Javie. He was wonderful, got us approved and exactly what we was looking for. Definitely a great guy even made a trip to our work to bring us some paper work
