Chelsea is the type of salesperson you WANT!

It was time for a new car for the family. My husband had his eye on a Telluride for the last 3 years. Which makes total sense. The Telluride is a consumer reports "BEST BUY" 4 years running and has the best warranty in the business. When Kia dropped the new Telluride X-Line we knew it was time. After an exhausting search to actually find a SX-P X-Line to test drive we landed at Rainbow City KIA with our salesperson Chelsea Gattis. Let me preface this by saying buying a car from KIA is different. NO hassles. Just straight forward pricing and amazing customer service. Buying a new car from Chelsea was like buying a car from your cousin or a great friend. She is beyond personable and held our hand the whole way through. She single handedly made our new car buying experience easy! Even when a little hiccup in the transaction occurred she handled it like a professional. She wasted no time addressing the issue and got everything straightened out for us. WE SIMPLY COULD NOT BE HAPPIER about how we were treated (like family) and the whole experience. If you are in the market for a reliable vehicle at a great price with a killer warranty and phenomenal customer service you should contact Chelsea at Rainbow City Kia today.

Wonderful experience

Jerry was great! I give it a 10/10! I drove from GA to AL which was 2 hours and 30 minutes and the ENTIRE visit was wonderful! Thank you so much for helping out! I am referring EVERYBODY to you Jerry! Sorry I’m doing this a little late but you are the best and Kia store of Rainbow city I am definitely going to continue to shop with you all forever

I entered the facility an hour before my appointment to

I entered the facility an hour before my appointment to look at the available stock on their lot. I was greeted by Chelsea, a very professional and charming sales manager who invited me in to discuss my transportation requirements. After discussing what would fit my needs and budget she went and spoke with another company representative. She returned a couple of minutes later with a great offer for a used car and we shook hands and got the sale accomplished within an hour. Chelsea's commitment to excellence and strong desire to put a smile on this customer's face are unique and strong personal attributes and are exactly what sealed the deal for me. Unexceptionable wait time

Made an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am, still waiting for my car at 12 pm. Was told over 20 appointments were booked this morning. Completely unacceptable, have NEVER had to wait at a Kia service center before. Will NEVER COME BACK.

I was co-signing for someone but my name ended up first

I was co-signing for someone but my name ended up first on the loan papers and the car is in my name! I would rather have had you turn us down because I later found our her credit union would have given her a loan without a co-signer.

Witnessed while waiting to sign papers my sales person

Witnessed while waiting to sign papers my sales person James get yelled at by some other guy (employed by Kia)in office/lobby. No discretion, no respect for others. Very unprofessional behavior in front of potential customers.
