I am very grateful and happy that I was approved for a brand new car!! My issues are I was unhappy with the vehicle before I left the car lot. Honestly I felt pressured into getting this Kia Forte. Although the salesman and Loan Officer knew I was wanting a larger vehicle

Misleading and deceitful practices. I contacted online...

Misleading and deceitful practices. I contacted online sales to verify pricing and to validate if there is an up charge due to ship shortage and demand. Was not given a straight forward response and was told it was sold at market value. (I misunderstood that to mean there are no additional charges) I was also told this dealership is offering 5k over Kelly blue book value. I got in my car and drove an hour to this dealer and am greeted by Fulton. We discuss trade in values and I find out everything I was told by online sales was a lie. He was very receptive to my concerns and questions. Unfortunately Rainbow Kia would not honor what their online sales told me. I was also told they don’t use KBB and wouldn’t match 5k over trade in value. Why would your people mention that as a system to value your car and savings?! I wouldn’t have wasted time and gas had this information been relayed ahead of time. On a side note, I would give my business to Fulton if he were to be at another dealer. Also, they did refund me some gas. Overall: 1 star is still too much. *I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH DECEITFUL PRACTICES LIKE THIS. BUYER BEWARE.*

I appreciate the review but though I misunderstood aspects of the conversation, some of it was still misleading. As stated earlier, the conversation and copy of it that I have stated you all use KBB for appraisal which was incorrect and there was no mention of market value as part of the appraisal. Another take away would be to provide straight forward responses to the questions asked.

First up I trust the service department which means...

First up I trust the service department which means everything to me. I have been carrying my Kia there ever since I bought it. I don't see myself carrying it anywhere else. Why should I. I trust their work. Sad to say I haven't always been able to say that about other places. I like the lady over the service department. (Wish I could remember her name ) She has always been very nice to us. That also means a lot. I don't dread carring my Kia to have serviced. Thank you all Nancy Hathcock

Isabella is awesome! Really goes through the vehicle and process of it all! Stayed after hours to help us and never complained. Got us what we wanted within the budget we wanted. Will definitely deal with her again.
