Great experience from the time I inquired about the truck

Great experience from the time I inquired about the truck online all the way until I drove it off the lot, John & the finance team was super easy to work with, explained all they had to offer with my purchase with no pressure to purchase, truck was ready when I arrived from out of state to pick it up, Deal was very easy and quick, Spent more time with John learning about the technology that the truck had to offer than actually buying it, and I've been contacted several times after the purchase to ensure i was satisfied and answer my questions about the Technology, Onstar & the My GMC app, great experience & did i mention a great deal making it worth my time to travel out of state to make the purchase! Thanks Guys for a awesome buying experience!!

Paul and Nick were really good!

Paul and Nick were really good! I appreciate all they did in our process of purchasing our new vehicle! Did not feel the pressure other businesses have when trying to make a big purchase. Thank you for treating us as people and not just a sale in numbers! Will come back to deal with them for sure

Brad Cook was a pleasure to work with. He knew how important this new purchase was to us. The car was for our college student going to school 7 hours away from home. I have had my pickup in for the same problem 3 times.

I have had my pickup in for the same problem 3 times. All they want to do is change something that has nothing to do with the problem. I still have the problem. I even have an extended warranty and they won’t change what is No working.

Traveling through Amarillo TX.

Traveling through Amarillo TX. Gear shift cable came came off transmission. AAA towed to Brown automotive. Simple repair took 45 min. on lift. Was presented with a bill for 899.17 dollars. They did refund 190.00 for insurance mis charge. Part cost 190.50. Labor was 630.00. 630.00 for 45 min. of mechanics labor is a bit of an over charge .
