We just purchases a 2026 GMC Denali Terrain and Paul Ramirez made the process so easy and smooth. We are not very tech savvy and he made it all look so easy.

Brown Subaru in Amarillo refuses to reimburse me for a

Brown Subaru in Amarillo refuses to reimburse me for a $240 car rental while my car was being repaired for damage caused by its technician. rental while my car was being repaired for damage caused by its technician. (Hiley Subaru of Fort Worth determined Brown was at fault by damaging a cable harness wire while replacing an engine part. Brown took responsibility by paying for a new $500 cable harness and a $124 tow charge.) But Brown refused to cover the rental, first saying the Fort Worth dealer should have given me a loaner car (Subaru of America told me its dealers are not obligated to offer loaners). Then it said I should have gotten authorization in advance for a rental from Brown -- although it took days to determine the cause of the breakdown, long after I rented the car. -0- I am 76-year-old cancer survivor. My car stopped dead at a busy intersection in 101 degree Texas heat, creating a dangerous situation. It took days to determine what caused the engine to die. Yet Brown Subaru asserts I should have gotten prior authorization for the car rental. Should I be out of pocket $240 for a problem caused by Brown Subaru?

Purchased my first car here Gmc Acadia 2015.

Purchased my first car here Gmc Acadia 2015. 185,000 miles still runs like new. Husband said it was time for an update, of course I went back to Brown but this time for a 2025 Subaru Ascent. Jaimi was the best. My husband and I both loved she knows her vehicles, shes straightforward, honest, enlightened us with all the information we needed to know, her speed to get the purchase done is 100%. Always available to us when we had a question. Every car dealership needs a Jaimi but if every car dealership doesn't have a Jaimi just go to Subaru in Amarillo. So happy with our vehicle and the service. Thank you Jaimi for helping us get exactly what we wanted and on time day of our 8 year wedding anniversary.

Our Canyon was serviced quickly and came back working

Our Canyon was serviced quickly and came back working very well. There were a couple of issues with the truck that couldn't be handled right away, but we were provided with an appointment to bring the truck back to have the issues diagnosed and hopefully fixed, but if all the parts weren't in stock, we would have a call when they did come in and then we'd have the issues fixed. Much better service than the prior dealership we had bought the vehicle from.

I purchased a used 2022 AT4 in February having the pickup

I purchased a used 2022 AT4 in February having the pickup 1 day the alternator went out, had it another week and the fuel pump went out. Two weeks later the transmission line ruptured. Following that the A/C wasn’t switching correctly and the back up camera went out took it to get that repaired and a light on the dash said charging system failure. After calling Danny Contreras and telling him I was done with this pickup, please find me something different and that I was over this pickup he went to work to make the deal right. The manager Mr Morales and Danny worked quickly to get me the best deal possible on a new vehicle. I understand that they had no control over the things that went wrong with that pickup but am so happy with the way they made things right and got me in a new vehicle quickly and without me losing a ton of money on a pickup I only owned a couple months. I would highly recommend these guys in purchasing a new or used vehicle and they have sure earned my respect and my future purchases when it comes to vehicles.
