It started off smooth and 5 stars until things came up

It started off smooth and 5 stars until things came up missing in my vehicle and I reported and the manager Justin tried to threaten me. What does my middle console have to do with an oil change?!!! Employees are stealing and Justin is covering it up! I'll take my business to another location next time. I've been coming to this location since 2017 and it has always been 5stars and now with that violation of my property it's 1 star for me.

Thank you for this feedback. We're very sorry to see that your boyfriend lost his marijuana cigarette. I reviewed our cameras and there was no sign of of any employee taking anything from the center console. we also conducted an interview with shop employees and again determined that there was no evidence of theft. My service manager did not threaten you. He offered to call the police so they can investigate an accusation of theft as well as the possibility that one of our employees had illegal substances on him. We offered because you were not satisfied with our determination that none of our employees had taken your boyfriends marijuana. Super chill car dealership. Had plenty options from used to new. An employee named Michael was able to find the right ride for me and i’m happy with the purchase.

While the price was fair for the car we purchased and the

While the price was fair for the car we purchased and the salesperson was cordial and friendly, the vehicle was not even cleaned and ready for the lot. No jack or lug wrench in the car, the ignition switch had been broken and the switch itself was not firmly in place in the steering column. We are getting in contact with the dealership to see if they will fix it. I would recommend this dealership with some reservations.

Everything was good my only complaint is stop with the upsaling we looked at alt of cars and how much we wanted to pay a month so trying to get us to spend more almost made us walk out
