Great experience testing and buying.

Great experience testing and buying. Check engine light the next day, which was resolved very quickly, thankfully. Now feels like an alignment issue happening and very little communication coming from the dealership. Feels like you have all the time in the world to sell and very little time to make sure the vehicles are functional and safe for the road.

I took my car in a total of 5 times bc the engine light kept coming on. After taking it to a competent dealership, they told me I had a coolant leak due to a crack in a cylinder! Now, no one will even communicate with me or take responsibility for it. Incompetent, negligent, and fraudulent. I am now having to pursue legal action and have reported this establishment to the Consumer Protection Bureau and the DMV. Worst experience buying anything in my life.

My wife and I found the slightly-used Nissan Leaf at Cars.com and were sure that's what we wanted. But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. So a big Kudos for the friendly and helpful sharing of resources. Beats defending your turf(s) anytime.
