Our salesperson, Amos, was able to get the answers to the questions we asked for the particular vehicle we purchased, even though it was not a line he was familiar with. The finance manager, Curtis, was entertaining as we completed our paperwork ( we did not need financing for the vehicle). Overall, positive experience

Great Prices, friendly staff!
Stopped in to check out a vehicle on my list, Sales person greeted me outside and answered all my questions and was not pushy at all and respected my time. I ended up buying the vehicle the same day! thank you Faiz and Omar for being upfront with me.

I bought a 2014 Cadenza and a 2018 Accord - both top of the line vehicles from this establishment. They brought the accord to my house and dropped it off. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They also made the process speedy which impressed me the most because I hate lingering in a dealership for hours. Bottomline is - There are some bad mentions on other reviews, but I have to say the glass has been half full not half empty for me and I am still a happy camper with my purchases. Good work guys!

I Had A Good Experience With Automax Atlanta
After enquiring about the availability of the vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader, I had responses from Andre, the salesman, and a manager. Andre worked with me on setting up a time for a test drive, as it's harder for me during the week. While on the test drive, he let me stop for a little while to allow my own mechanic a chance to evaluate the car. I apreciated that peace of mind. He was also very personable and never seemed like he was pushing for the sale. Nice guy. I would recommend them to friends or family. Saw some unkind reviews and don't understand. I didn't see that.

They don't have integrity at all. At the end of Feb. I was looking Honda CR-V to buy. I saw one Honda CR-V 2013 at their web site and chatted with their rep. to make sure the availability of the car and the time I can see it and do the test drive. He assured to me the availability of the car and can do test drive the next day. On the next day, I called them to make sure as the car still available before I head to them. Again they assured me as it is still on their hand. But, when I got them after 30 mins driving, one of the sales rep. that I talked him before mins told me that as the car is on service and for a week. I disappointed at the time b/c I called and asked them before I came to them. The funny thing (it is not actually funny) is, he promised to me to hold the car for me and call me when the car is ready b/c of I was very interested to get the car. However, when I check their web site after I left from there, the car is there as it was, but the next day, when I check the web site to check something new, I saw they changed (raised up) the price of car. I disappointed texted to them why they lied to me and didn't tell me the truth and and why they didn't ask me atleast apologize for their mistake. Even if they need to change the price, at least they need to ask me apology, b/c I called them before I come and spent my time, fuel, and labor by their problem. And after they got my text message, another rep. called me and told me as the car still in service but will be done in two or three days and they decieded to give me on the previous price and he will call me when the car is ready. They didn't show up till to day and never ask me apologize! This is very disrespectful. Never ever seen this kind of customer service in my life! This is not a right way to have a good brand. The car still didn"t sold out; still on their web site. I got better car in better price with great customer service. I don't recommend this place to any one I knew. They killed my time!

Jeep Grand Cherokee
This dealership sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that less than 24hrs needed a new engine! They refuse to help me out, because I didn’t finance the vehicle I paid the total balance! My advice to everyone shopping for a vehicle from this dealership to make sure they go there with their mechanic! They defrauded me because they now the engine was bad! I would not recommend this dealership for any one, unless you have a lot of money to waste!
