Jeep Grand Cherokee

This dealership sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that less than 24hrs needed a new engine! They refuse to help me out, because I didn’t finance the vehicle I paid the total balance! My advice to everyone shopping for a vehicle from this dealership to make sure they go there with their mechanic! They defrauded me because they now the engine was bad! I would not recommend this dealership for any one, unless you have a lot of money to waste!

Shady con artist

Save yourself the headache. Run the other way. This dealer is the definition of shady. If you purchase from them I promise you will regret your decision. They sold me a car with problems that cost over $5,000. They tried to hide it and when confronted they didn’t want to answer the phone anymore.

Junk cars that's what they are

This dealer ship is very unprofessional and lack customer service integrity. Do not purchase or contact the dealership for any cars to buy the cars are junk and it seemed like they don't care at all they should be put out of business

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do yourself a favor and avoid these cons at ALL COSTS.!!! I purchased a car from them only to find out they rigged it to look as if it passed emissions. They are a perfect example of why people don’t like used car salesmen. CON-ARTISTS!!! LIARS!!! I promise you will regret it if you purchase from these clowns. It’s a shame all of the positive reviews are from them. This wanna be dealership is a joke.

worst dealership experience ever

Husband was charged a $43 title fee and $599 customer service fee. When I called to ask about the title fee I was hung up on twice. Couldn't even get my second question out of my mouth. They also hung up on my husband . If they did nothing wrong then answer my question. Car was bought at the store so there was no delivery charge

Dishonest

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a car from them about 4 years ago and have recently went to sell it only to find out that it has severe frame damage and was not disclosed to us. When we bought the car, we were presented a Carfax report that showed the car had no accidents and we are now seeing a Carfax report that damages were reported 2 months after we bought it. I am not sure how this works but I would NEVER do business with them again.

Pathological Liars

Do yourself a favor, if you don’t want to be played fool of yourself and treated like you are an idiot stay away from these xxxxxxxx. It’s a long story, not even worth my time to type it.

Beware

Inquired about the availability of a vehicle and was told it was still there. After travelling an hour, I found out that the vehicle was not available and I was lied to. They wanted to bait and switch me into a different vehicle. They showed no concern about lying to me.

LIARS. Tried to sell me a broken car.

I live in Memphis and saw a Lexus GX470 on their site and I had a mechanic go inspect the GX470 before I made the long trip to Atlanta to buy it. I called the dealership a couple times before scheduling an inspection and they told me nothing was wrong with the SUV. The mechanic said the car was in horrible condition and the dealership ctold him they don't even have the key for it which is clearly a lie they told him so he wouldn't test drive it and find all the other issues they covered up. These people clearly have no conscience. Stay away.

They sold to me a car that needs repair

Be careful when you buy a car from this dealership, I bought Camry 2017 and 2 weeks later the electric charging system start having a problem and also watch out when you sign the papers as they try to add extra fees you do not know.
