John Z followed up with me after I thought they had nothing for me. He suggested a model I hadn't considered and it turned out to be the one! I would recommend having any potential car looked at by your own outside source. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and car purchase.

Meeting, following up, and being prepared when we got there to jump right in for a test drive. Pricing is good. We were sitting around waiting a bit, but seems on avaerage with almost all my car buying experiences over the years.

Honest Upfront Sale
Just a good overall experience. Upon arrival on lot Rene greeted us immediately and gave us just enough space to explore the lot without hovering. We found the vehicle we were interested in and we were introduced to Ray, the sales manager. They answered all of our questions and gave us all the necessary information. There was absolutely NO Pressure! We left, went home and did our due diligence only to find out there was no better deal around. We came back the next day and drove away with our new car! I strongly recommend them!

Very happy till I got home and looked at the care the next m
I bought my 2015 dodge charger. On Nov 2016.. They where more than nice and helpful.. I drive 5 hrs to pick the car up and it was night time which was my fault for not going up during the day. The car looked good on the dark when I got home the back end had damage that they tried and fix. And told me the car was never in a wreck the car fax says no wreck as well but I took my car to a body shop which confirm the car has had back end damage and the fixed it and didn't fix it correctly. I called them showed them pictures and they told me that was my problem just be careful and look the car over before you buy from them now I paid 30 thousands for a car and have too pay and have it fixed.. I just want everyone too know my story with this business and im not stopping here. Thanks

Above and beyond
I purchased a car from Automax recently and I had a small issue right after. I contacted the sales rep Rene, after they were closed. Even though he was already at home w/ his family he rushed right over to me to assist me. The issue was resolved. Right from the beginning Rene was polite and eager to make me happy, never pushy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful w/ anything I needed or any questions that I had. The finance Manager Roger, also went above and beyond to make sure that my car buying experience was a good one. I love my new car and I would recommend Automax to anyone looking for a car. I already have a friend who is going back after the first of the year to buy a car.

Great service
Called in and got a hold of Donald. He worked with me and got me to come in. An hour later I came in and he worked with me to get a great deal with a great 2012 fully loaded Sonata to replace my recently wrecked Sonata. Everyone was having a good time and were all friendly and very helpful. Great place to purchase.

My buying experiences @Auto Max
Wow! What a smooth process we had during the process of buying our cars! We went to purchase our daughter a car,I we found a car on their website. Called the salesperson ( Michael) we told him our price range and the payment we could afford, he asked us to go on line fill out the credit app and he will give us a call when they reviewed it, 15 minutes later he called back saying I was approved!?We went in the next day looking at cars, when we saw such a Huge selection of Beautiful, clean, low priced cars we forgot about the one we look ? at on line and purchased 2 Cars ?!!!! They have so many exspensive cars, Lexus, BMW . Audi Acura etc , you will Not beat their prices! The Owner ( Mario treated us like Family! We are telling all our Family and friends to go look ? at the cars. Once they get there they will Purchase one! Oh buy the way we loving our 2 cars and so are others! Lol!!

GOOD DEAL, MISREPRESENTATION OF VEHICLE, POOR SERVICE
Upon reading the bad reviews and my personal experience, I understand the reason behind them. I purchased a 2014 Lexus IS350 f-sport from here on 9/9/16. Upon arrival, I test drove vehicle (love it), but then I noticed a wheel discoloration, TPMS light and missing SD card which operates navigation. They swap the wheel, problem solved. I went forward with the purchase with the document stating they will order a sd card. Fast forward 2 weeks; I'm hearing 3 different stories/excuses on why the SD card didn't arrive. At that point I was pissed. It took threatening to return the car and or legal action to finally move forward with the card. I went to my local lexus to buy my own card and they partially reinbursed me. Today 10/5/16. I received vehicle DMV info with a check of $345 basically telling me to do my own footwork. This is a first for me. Why in the f### I paid dealer fees?? Usually the dealer is responsible for vehicle registration procedures. I would have been better off buying this VIA private party. I had a good experience with Annette, sales, but I had a horrible experience with service. Not to mention Omar, manager, telling me to return the car and pay a fee because he sold the car too low to me (in response to raising xxxx about the SD card). What an xxxxxxx. I advised anyone who is car shopping to not deal with Automax Atlanta. If you see a deal there hard to pass up, inspect with a fine tooth comb and do not give them your money if you see false advertise or undisclosed issues and it is resolved. Do not pay without resolving issues. As for Automax Atlanta, yes I had a crappy experience with you all and I stated facts in this review and if you disagree, you know who I am and you have my contact.
