Me and my wife found our car on their web site that was friendly and accurate! When we arrived we were greeted by a very knowledgeable sales member who Listened to our needs and suggested a another car that would be a better value for us. Omar, then worked hard to find us the best financing. He explained all of the paperwork in a clear and down - to - earth fashion with no pressure ! He even got us a replacement spare key made on Memorial day! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer to anyone!

Excellent service! I called the dealership looking for a car (which was sold the night before) but Lakeem went the extra mile to ask of my interest and was able to find the perfect car to meet our needs. I had the pleasure to work with Stanley who "tag-teamed" with Lakeem to ensure that my needs were met once I arrived. We finished out the deal with Omar who was quick, efficient and wrapped the deal up nicely. I will definitely go back for our future car needs!

My paperwork was in order when I arrived and the purchasing process was very efficient. I worked primarily with Omar Qureshi but the entire staff was helpful. I have NOT bought a car from this dealership, so I cannot rate my experience, BUT this is because I had a very unsatisfactory conversation with Alex L. Without provocation, he began to raise his voice and yell at me when we were negotiating the price of a car. I asked him if I had somehow done something to make him angry and he said I hadn't; he never offered an apology and seemed oblivious to the fact that he was being disrespectful. He also attempted to lecture me (like I had no idea what I was talking about) when discussing the dealership's fees and the pros/cons of the car he was trying to sell me. Ridiculous. If you want to be respected when buying a car from this dealership, don't talk to this man.

We bought a used 2011 Honda Odyssey Ex-l and had a great experience at Automax. Lakeem, our salesman was friendly and easy to deal with and everyone we encountered at the dealership were courteous and made sure our buying experience was a good one. The price was good for the vehicle we purchased and we found a small problem with the car but they fixed it immediately with no issues. I definitely recommend Automax.
