Best price and the easiest deal I got, will buy from them again and recommend my family and friends. They are very friendly and don't pressure you at all . It took me 4 days to make my decision Omar was very patience. thanks

OMAR TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME!!!!

Omar of Automax Atlanta did an excellent job of getting me in a late model car at an affordable price. There was a wide selection of top of the line vehicles to choose from. I was very impressed with the customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency of purchasing a car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a good car. There are no junk cars here, all late model, high end vehicles, many with warranties!!! So if you want a great car shopping experience, stop by Automax Atlanta, and ask for Omar.

Caveat Emptor- They will take advantage of you

Well Caveat Emptor- Buyer beware My error. I bought a 2010 RAV4 from Automax over the internet. In the past I had very good experiences with reputable dealers who were honest and clear. Automax said the car was in good shape for a four year old vehicle with 40K miles. No significant defects. The price was reasonable for the model, year, and for fair to good condition. CarFax noted only a minor collision with only cosmetic damage They arranged for shipment and when it arrived the driver said he had noted the following: clear coat delaminating from the hood a scratch on the spare wheel cover.(probably what CarFax noted) Ok not really big defects but I should have been apprised. Then I drove it and after ten miles the ABS/check engine/4wd lights turned on. And, the left speakers popped so loud that the radio was unusable. It has been at the local Toyota dealer for 3 days. They said that all the problems seem to be due to corrosion of many connectors, and there are signs of water incursion inside the doors and even on the sun roof connector. The dealer said "you need to find out if this car was flooded" I contact the GM at Automax and he said he knew nothing and as far as he was concerned the car was in in good shape for the mileage. My bad for trusting this dealer. He no longer returns my calls or emails. So be sure to have an independent mechanic check out anything you buy from these guys so they do not take advantage of your trust also.

Before I bought my car the dealer agreed to fix a few...

Before I bought my car the dealer agreed to fix a few minor issues and I was told it would be ready the next day. It was not. After several attempts to get my car, I learned that the alternator needed to be replaced, which the dealership replaced at their very shady mechanic. Why these things were not checked before the car was put up for sale, I don’t know. Later that week I was told the car was ready to be picked up. Again, I went to their shady mechanic and the car would not start. One of the employees tried to start the car and it started after 2 attempts. She told me that I would have to crank up the car twice to get it started, as if this is acceptable. I told them to keep the car and check it again. The next day I was told it was fine and to come get it from the dealership. I asked Omar (General Manager) and Kim (sales) why the car wouldn’t start and they both they both hung up on me. They either refused to tell me why or had no answers for me. The entire week I was barely contacted about my car, as promised. I had to call the dealership and several people multiple times every day before I could get answers. I was told several things by an employee, Kim, that were not true. I was beginning to believe that she was purposely lying to me and later realized that she is just incompetent at her job, knows very little about cars, and would tell me things just to appease me/shut me up. The customer service is horrible. They are extremely unprofessional, and obviously don’t know what they are doing. They refused to give me the owner’s information because they knew I would contact them to complain. The only good thing about Automax is a sales associate named Tameka. She was very accommodating, polite, and professional. Omar and Kim made her do their dirty work when they did not want to deal with me. Don’t waste your time or energy with Automax Atlanta. Even if you find a car for a good price you’ll end up paying for It with time, energy, and stress.

best dealership ever

went way beyond to help me in every aspect of the car process customer service was on point friendly staff I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treat like they are people instead of just dollar signs just by the way they treated me i'm a customer for life and praise each member of auto max Atlanta for a job well done!

Would buy from Automax Atlanta again

We had a wonderful buying experience with Tameka of Automax Atlanta. Her patience and persistence in finding us just the right car was above and beyond. Her immediate manager Omar made us very comfortable and exhibited a true determination to put us in the best automobile at the best price. We love our fully loaded 2010 Lexus 350 and highly recommend Tameka.

I traded a 2005 Ford Explorer SportTrac in for a 2008...

I traded a 2005 Ford Explorer SportTrac in for a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. On the day I made the deal I asked Kimberly (the finance manager) when my trade-in would be paid off as I had a payment coming due in 5 days. She told me that it wouldn't be a problem as they would pay it off on Wednesday, 2 days prior to my payment coming due which is deducted from my checking account by the way. Of course what I was told by Kimberly was a complete lie as 3 1/2 weeks later and a dozen phone calls my Ford was finally paid off. Of course the payment I made to a truck that I traded to Automax Atlanta and no longer owned I was told was too bad for me. I also was told to go get an emissions inspection done on the Dodge I purchased and send them the receipt and they would pay for me back. Of course they haven't paid that either. They owe me $135.00 total and it doesn't appear I was see a dime of any of it from these crooks and liars. I called them a dozen times (no exaggeration) and spoke to either Lakeem or Kimberly and each time I was told my them that they would find out when I would get my money and they would call me back. Not once did either one of those liars call me back. Ever!! I am completely disgusted with these people and wouldn't by a car from them again if they were selling them for $5 a car.
