Automax Atlanta

Just bought a 2006 nissan frontier 4x4 from automax atlanta. we checked out the car, a few exterior things, nothing major. they told us nothing serious was wrong, overall great car. but within 3 days of driving it, I noticed the gears werent shifting smoothly, and the car would randomly shake violently. took it to the nissan dealership and found out it had 8,000 dollars worth of damage to the radiator and transmission. I definitely do not recommend buying a used car from this dealership

Horrible Service! My mother bought a used car here for a very reasonable price. When we first got to the dealership, I told her the place seemed "fishy" and that I didn't like the vibe. She only needed a temporary car so she didnt want to leave so we proceeded to stay. Anyhow, we felt rushed to make a purchase. Ended up buying a used car and as soon as the car was paid for, the service was out of the door. They said the title was going to be mailed off within 2 weeks of the bill of sale. Three weeks later, I call to get an update before the temporary tags expire and the receptionist tells me that it was mailed off. We called everyday until the date the tags expired. She proceeds to tell me that if we don't receive the title on the date of expiration, then we can take the temporary tag along with the bill of sale to the tag office and they will extend the tags. Well, when we get to the tag office, they ran the VIN and the title was never transferred to us. We called Automax and she ran out of lies. Don't tell me that you processed the paper work and mailed off the title when indeed you haven't done so. Such a waste of time. She eventually "worked her magic" two days after our tags expired and after us having to call and complain. Honestly, we shouldn't have to wait over a month to get something that should've been taken care of the day that we walk out the door.

Great Quality of Service. I wish i came here before i wasted my time going to the other 11 Dealership's. Cars were ready and in excellent condition.

Came in just to look was not completely sure things would work out. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and help me out as much as possible. Everyone was very assertive and friendly. Overall good experience!

The worst experience ever. Im ready to give them a down payment and they couldn't return my call just to say yes or no if I was aprove or not. All they had to do is just call and let me know that's all I ask for them to do

A great buying experience! This dealership is not very obvious driving by but it is a HIDDEN GEM! The quality of the cars is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. No pressure sales. You can usually measure the caliber of the dealership when things do not go perfectly. In my case I asked before signing the contract the number of keys that came with the car. The staff told me two based on their computers and after signing they discovered they only had one, however, although I was already in the contract they STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE and did the right thing by obtaining a second set of keys. In simple terms they acted in good faith!!!! I will be back for my next car and will refer friends over for car purchases.

Contacted dealer over phone about vehicle and salesman was very professional and honest. Financing was very easy and got a grea rate. Talked to owner on phone and he was very reassuring and upfront with all informaqtion. I drove 4 hours and vehicle met all expectations and then some. Staff was great and made it worth the trip.
