SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.... NEVER I REPEAT NEVER PURCHASE FROM AUTOMAX ATLANTA. (I usually never write reviews either) In search of a used car, I found a 2010 Honda Civic from this private dealer. The price was negotiated however every other aspect of the purchase was terrible. Extremely poor customer service, rushed out of the door just so they can seal the deal. Since it was raining I failed to realize that the windshield was cracked. Once noticed, I turned right back around to the dealer so they can replace the windsheild. After weeks of telling me they would replace the windshield at no extra cost as soon as the "mechanic" gets back in, they had me bring my car back in. They had me wait for over an hour as my sales associate Lakim told me "it was my fault for not looking at the windshield." After they had my car for over a day to replace my windshield, they notified me that they would not replace the windshield.The manager Kimberely, will be sure to tell you lies in order for you to zip your lip and give them a check. Save yourself the hassle. NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER NOR MANNERISM TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav4 from Alan at Automax Atlanta. I really lucked up finding this dealership online and was attracted by their very competitive prices. I got a great deal on a Limited Edition vehicle that was in very good condition. I enjoyed working with Alan. He was very patient with multiple test drives of various vehicles on the lot and was helpful and informative without being pushy. There is nothing worse than a pushy salesman. If you are looking for a great deal and want to work with a salesperson who will help you find the car you want, rather than the car they want to sell you, Automax Atlanta would be a good bet.

Excellent array of quality vehicles and a website that is extremely friendly and informative. I saw the Sales and Service staff bending over backwards for all the customers. Customer satisfaction has to be the motto here. I highly recommend you shop first and then visit Automax Atlanta.

We met with Omar and it was a great experience. We received an excellent deal on a Honda Insight. Omar was very knowledge on the product and other's that we were comparing. It was a no pressure environment and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend for any of your car buying needs.

Earlier today my son (Daniel39) wrote a negative review about Automax Atlanta that I want to counter with a different point-of-view. He gave the impression Automax Atlanta doesn't care about their customers after the sale, but after today, I can say this is definitely not true. Even though our car was sold to us "as is", when I showed the car's problem to the Automax Atlanta manager, he immediately agreed the problem was real and serious, and likely existed at the time of sale. He assured me--without argument or hesitation--he would get it fixed at no charge. The car is now back with Automax Atlanta. I look forward to getting it back in good condition next week.
