the service i had in this automax was preetygood. everything has been explained and showed direction by seller os workers in the company.

From the first contact I made with Omar at Automax Atlanta I found him to be very helpful and respectful. The 2010 Nissan Maxima is exactly what my wife and I were lookng for and was three thousand dollars less than Carmax with fewer miles. Omar met us two hours early on a Sunday, the car was ready and the deal was seamless. I cannot recommend Omar, his staff and Automax Atlanta higher. Ray Hawkins

I had a great experience here at Automax. I feel like I got a great deal on a great car. The service and staff was EXCELLENT.

On 12/1/2012 Saturday my wife placed aa deposit on a 2009 ES 350 Lexus. We went to our bank and got approved for a loan on the car. The bank loan manager talked with the salesman and requested a bill of sale and a front and back copy of the title. On the title there was stamped a notification that the car was owned by an auction company and not the actual dealer selling the car. This brought up a red flag to the loan manager. She talked with the branch manager about this issue, also contacted State Department of Motor Vehicle. None of these people were familiar with the stamp and meaning of this. The loan manager then again called Automax and they said this was a floor plan jargon by the auction company. None of us felt good about the title having this on it and left the bank w/o a check being cut. We asked Automax to refund our deposit, but was told it couldn't be refunded.

This place is awful!! People are rude and not professional! Would not recommend them! Looked at a car that they said had a clean carfax the front end of the car was wrecked!!

Don't go to this dealership. They just make the car look nice and sell it. I bought the car from here and the car had a big accident. They work with cars it doesn't make sense that they didnt know about it. However they told me it's accident free. You can even tell by previous reviews this dealership must close down.

The staff was really helpful. The process was fast. The only thing i didn't like is that i had to wait 30 mints for the car because the shop hadn't sent back to them but the dealer called and told how fast they need it back. Joy John help he made sure that everything was good he kept me from spending a 50 mints drive just find out the check engine light i would tell anybody that wants a car to come see him
