Easy and great experience

Lakeem helped me from the start and was fair and listened to what I wanted. No pressure to push you into buying what you don't want or cant afford. No switching prices or missing the inventory you want when you get there. An overall good experience and got what I want at a good price.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my car. The staff was very accommodating and helped me to say with in the budget I set. Lakeem and Anna were an absolute pleasure to work with. I received a great deal on my car and I would purchase from here again.

Lakeem Jackson was an excellent salesman to work with. He was honest and not forceful. He listened to what we wanted to do and he took care of our purchase needs. We like the people that we worked with from Lakeem to the manager and the finance person. The cars are clean and quality. I would buy a car from them again when the need arises.

Early November 2012, I purchased a 2007 Lexus IS250 from Automax. I picked it up a week after purchasing it.. the vehicle hadn't been washed/ detailed as promised. As an out-of-state customer, I experienced great difficulty having Automax submit my tax, title and tags paperwork to my native state... after a month of back-and-forth I finally received my tags and registration. Also, to top it off... I was informed by Jimmy, a salesman at the dealership that they inspect all vehicles very closely and have no problems. Well, today I was informed by Lexus that my engine needs $4,000 - $ 8,000 worth of repair work done and that the rear tires need to be replaced.... I am VERY disappointed.

I shopped around for a Honda Odyssey for several months. Automax Atlanta had a excellent price and were very upfront about the condition of the vans I considered. Jimmy the salesperson I dealt with was very straightforward. I flew in from out of town to pick up the car and the owner Omar picked me up. They get their cars from dealer lease return auctions at great price and only mark them up less than a thousand dollars. They are great cars at great prices. They do not try to get a large markup but get lots of turnover on their vehicles. It is a great resource for vehicle purchases.

I went to the dealer because they have advertised a Honda Insight Hybrid car on their website but later found that was sold but offered me another one with low low mileage and a price that seems reasonable. But Looking at the title, I learned it was from the NY/NJ are after hurricane Sandy so it was definitely flooded. I also got a chance to see other cars before they detailed them with full of silt in them. So I walked away. Beware of buying from this dealer

I enjoyed my buying process here. The vehicle had very minor differences from the ad on the internet. Great product. The salesperson was friendly and not overbearing. The manager seemed trustworthy and honest. Overall great care. Will come back.

Very easy process altogether. Omar was super friendly and assisted w/any questions I had about the particular car I was interested in. Car was in excellent shape and detailed when I arrived to pick it up. Financing process was simple, also. Would definitely recommend both Automax and Omar!!!
