Amazing service
We would like to thank Justin Carroll and his coworkers for getting us the best deal and making it so easy for us. It was so nice to have him get everything done while we were at work and all we had to do was come and sign after we got off! We compared cars at Red River Chevy, but Chevyland blew their price and customer service out of the water! Couldn't be happier with our experience!

Excellent service
I came in with a problem with the right rear door trim being split. Part had to be ordered. Went in about a week later. Part was available, and was changed out within a hour. They did a great job and I am completely satisfied.

Pay attention to your name.
I would have given an 10 except for the fact that I had to pay for a service that I didn't give authorization for now I thought the customer give the promise should have paid for it. The next time I will sit I guess in the shop to make sure no other person can speak on my behalf, other than that, that all I have to say.

When I had my vehicle towed to Chevyland the representative told me that my extended warranty may cover a rental. The reason was because of the time it was towed in and they didn't have time to check it out. Therefore, the rental would be on me. However, he assured me that they would check it out the next day (Friday) so that I wouldn't be without a vehicle during the weekend. However, that didn't happen and the service Manager told me that I would be responsible for getting the rental (of course I didn't agree with that, but in order to have a vehicle I told him to go ahead and make the reservation). However, when I got to Enterprise they said that Chevyland was covering the cost. I don't understand why I had to go through all of this.
