Clean facilities, good service

I went for an oil change. It was done timely but all the seat plastic, floor appear and the number was left in the car. I had to remove it myself. While I was waiting it was very comfortable and relaxing.

excellent service

Mr Charles Cutright was our sales representative and he was beyond excellent. Made sure we were told everything we needed to no and made sure we were comfortable during our time there and everything went well, we were very satisfied.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE

Josh Knowles is my salesman an he is the best.. very helpful... always return my calls... always there to help.. makes my experience GREAT every time. Michael in financing is also the Best.. He explains everything to you that you ask about are need to know. An I also like Anthony... Great person!! He does the most to keep the customers happy!!! Love the Chevy land team!! Great Team!! I will always deal with this dealership!!! An Of course I LOVE MY TWO (2) SILVERADOS!!

efficient and courteous service

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Chevyland since 1984. The purchases and service experiences have been have been superbly efficient and courteous. Recently, a service procedure required extended time and your customer driver carried us to our next appointment ontime. Mr.Cook's care and performance were above the job requirement.

Great personnel and selection

I had a great experience at Chevyland. My salesman, Tim, did a great job and so did Jay. All the personnel I dealt with were very knowledgable and helpful. I am loving my new Suburban. It was exactly what I wanted and was available on the lot. Thank you again!!

Great, knowledgable, friendly staff.

Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time financing a vehicle and I was able to have all of my questions answered with no frustration from the staff. Thank you!

Service not so great

My experience was not a good one. I had to return the next morning because the young man acted as if he didn't want to work that day. Instead of looking into the problem of why the air was leaking out of my tire, he spayed liquid solution on my tire, took it to the back, put in the tire and said he didn't find anything wrong. I had to return the next morning with the same problem. This time the problem was found within 15 minutes and fixed. I wasted time and gas, not mention I was late for work because I had to return for a simple problem of finding a screw in my tire. I was not pleased at all.

Great Service and great facility

mrs. Sil Taylor Collins is a wonderful sales women. I received excellent services from her. I definitely will send all my family and friends to Chevyland. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Chevyland. Thanks to Mrs. Taylor for helping me with purchasing a good vehicle.

Fantastic customer service and job well done

Customer service was wonderful. The service writer and mechanic were understanding about the job that had to be done and did it in a timely and professional manner.
