amazing experience

No pressure, no hassle, amazingly helpful staff Sales person Maria went above and beyond to help find a good car for us. She even went to the store to buy us a cold drink when the vending machine temporarily malfunctioned

Pay close attention to your contract

Pay close attention to the: SC Infrastructure Fee 500 lol DOC FEE 590.00 Really AUl warranty deductible would be waved per jstephany... lie Finance will not go over contract in detail, so please take heed... I didn't even know my a.p.r until I got home, shame on me... Salesman Kelvin Bradrick ( 5⭐)

We are as transparent as possible. All of the fees are clearly explained on our site and by our business managers to the best of our ability. Infrastructure Maintenance Fee is basically SC Taxes that Max at $500. The $590 Dealer Fee is included on every contract and is also listed on our website. The AUL Service contract deductible of $100 is waived if you bring the vehicle to us to have your work done. But your favorite mechanic can also work on your car for $100 deductible. Awesome Day!

A BIG thank you to Harrison Parker! He was awesome today and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best buying experience today! Harrison made me feel like part of the family and put me at ease. He answered my questions without hesitation. Harrison, you are awesome and if I purchase another vehicle, I hope you are still there to guide me again! Michael Mercaldo was excellent in walking me through the plans and letting me decide what I wanted to do. He is so knowledgeable, I do believe he could do his work blindfolded! Burn Holes in Seats is Excellent Condition?

We purchased a 2019 Honda Accord last week from Automaxx in Summerville, SC. We asked the dealer to take pictures of any imperfections and received the following "...couldn't find any scratches/dings or imperfections on the inside to take pictures of. It is incredibly clean." They delivered the car as agreed in NC and it has two cigarette burn holes on the back seat and the interior has a strong cigarette smoke smell. The only solutions offered by the dealer were to drive the car to SC within seven days to sow up the holes or refund money. Due to work schedules we could not make it there within seven days and they would not contribute to having the holes fixed locally or would not pick up the car even though they delivered it as agreed. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealer since the manager Mike said that it is normal for a one year old car with 25K miles to have burn holes in the seats and that they consider it to be in excellent condition.

This customer took deliver of the car after inspecting fully. We delivered the car but they could have said I am not happy with the condition and not purchased the vehicle at any time during the delivery. We would have had no hard feelings if someone said that the car wasn't as the expected and didn't want it. But that didn't happen. They signed all paperwork and this burn hole came up days after the purchase. As a dealer, we are not responsible to fix that issue after the sale but we agreed to help because that is the right thing to do. We said that they could bring the vehicle back and we would do one of a few options: Fix it at no charge to the customer, refund 100% of their money, or find a replacement vehicle at no charge with our 7 day Peace of Mind Exchange. All they had to do was bring the vehicle back with a reasonable amount of time. Check the car thoroughly before signing

Having purchased used cars from another dealership, it was incorrect to think Automaxx operated in the same manner. There is a risk in purchasing a used car, but prior experience with another dealership anticipated that the windows would roll up and down, etc. The dotted line was signed, taking the car as it was, and it was my fault for not examining the vehicle in detail from bumper to bumper. Once it was off the lot, it was not their problem. In prior experience, the other dealership provided a car in which everything worked and efforts were made to make sure the customer was satisfied. It's been three years and they are still texting me after requests to stop, too.

Great Service with No Pressure

Kevin Bradrick was polite. Not in a hurry. No pressure. He took time to listen to what we were looking for. He took time to explain the hold process of buying from them and wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase before he moved forward. If you shop at AutoMaxx in Summerville SC, ask for him.

Caring and Professional

Having been to service a number of times every time I am there I am impressed. You meet your advisor and then the next each one on this staff cares, the shop foreman excellent very sharpe.

Wonderful Experience!

Came into the dealership interested in trading for something bigger, and Brian Nasca exceeded every expectation I had! He listened, guided me towards vehicles that fit my criteria, and was a very low pressure salesman, which made me feel totally comfortable! I was able to get my trade in quote, find my new vehicle, and get out of the door in only a few hours! By far the best vehicle purchase I have ever had! I will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone to Automaxx, specifically Brian Nasca!

Great customer service

We live about 3 hours away from the dealership. They not only helped us by taking more pictures and videos of the vehicle that we requested but they also worked hard to make sure that the vehicle was delivered to my house the day after we agreed to purchase it. The staff was very friendly and did not pressure us into buying the vehicle. We had a great experience working with them.
