Lots of promises , No follow-thru !!
Fancy dealership with lots of promises up front but they do not honor any of them. 30 k for a truck and it needs 2 k in repairs 4 days later?? Tried to return in the 7 day buyers remorse, they basically laughed and said no. Be warned!

We have a 7 day Peace of Mind Exchange Policy for this exact reason. We would exchange the vehicle for anything we have in stock. And the Certified Pre-Owned Truck surely didn't need $2,000 worth of work. Keep in mind that anytime you take a vehicle to a mechanic they are going to try and sell you work. That is their job. I would image that basic repairs on a $30,000 truck aren't cheap but we can always help with those kind of basic costs. Dishonest and Does Not Stand Behind Their Products
Was told by salesman car had new engine so "miles don't reflect actual miles" (lie) and "just like all our cars any problems in the first year we take care of" (lie). I bought the car SIX MONTHS ago. Took car in for oil change Saturday, Wednesday car has all lights blinking. Called and was told to bring car in to be checked out and would be given a ride home as I live an hour away. Arrived to be asked for $125 diagnostic charge and told "I bought the car so I own it now" and "take my business elsewhere" by their rude manager (No name, but he was on duty Wed. Oct. 30th at 4:30. Just terrible!). I now have a car that I am making payments on but no way to my job. I would never EVER do business with this place again and I will be telling everyone I know what a truly horrible experience I have had with this place!

We hate to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience. We don't have a 1 year warranty complimentary. We offer a 3 month/3,000 mile Certified Warranty with purchase. We offer warranty coverage up to 5 years but that is an additional charge. Anytime you purchase a used car you run the risk of having repairs needed after the sale. Sold them our third car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Sold Automaxx our third car, and they were supposed to payoff our loan in 10 days. Tomorrow will be 30 days, and no payoff has been received by our bank. Have left 5 messages in 5 days, no return call. Spoke to someone in finance dept yesterday, they were supposed to call me back. No return call. Now we have had to make another loan payment. And a late payment to our credit report, because someone at Automaxx was unable to do their job. Don't know if I will ever find out where our payoff is.

The payment was made on time for your vehicle. Each bank has different policies on how long they hold checks. I have seen some banks hold our checks for up to 10 days. Please contact your bank and verify the payment. Also, we recommend you make any payment that is due. You will be refunded that money after our payment goes through.
