No Title!

Purchased a car our out right, no loan/lien on 8/15/22, still have yet to receive the title. There is an issue with the mileage on the title, they wanted me to sign papers sating the the car was purchased with over 43,000 miles on it. When the car was purchased the car only had 35,300, per the Purchase Agreement. They said they would need to get the prior owner in to sign and correct the title, not my problem. 1st temporary tag was set to expire they did email me a new tag. Little to no communication with the dealership since then, no updates. Second temporary tag set to expire next week. Tried to reach out to the sales team and no return communication its been 3 days. Today, called the main number told the receptionist I needed to talk with a live manager, not a voicemail to try and resolve the issue. She transfers me to a voicemail. After leaving a voicemail and calling back, she stated nothing she can do, "it is the end of the month and everyone is busy". Still no return call! To top it off, I pulled a CARFAX report on the car and it shows 8/16/22 tires replaced with 35,304 miles on it and the title transferring to the dealer on 8/17/22 with 43,230. Not possible to drive 7,926 miles in a 24hr period, 330 mph? Now I own a car that will have an odometer tampering flag! And will be worth significantly less at no fault of mine. Note to future buyers ensure they have the title and it matches the car that is being sold.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Mazda Cx-50.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Mazda Cx-50. Jason was very professional, respectful and attentive throughout the process. I will be reaching back out to him when the time comes for the next vehicle. Most dealerships these days have the leverage to push you around with the short supply but there at Germain Mazda of Columbus they treated my wife and me like they would like to be treated. Kudos to the whole team for guiding us and providing us with a great experience👍

I recently had the pleasure of stopping into Germain

I recently had the pleasure of stopping into Germain Mazda of Columbus this past weekend. I had been to multiple car dealerships without being able to find the SUV at the payment I was looking for as well as a good number for a trade in I had. Not only did Germain Mazda give me a good number on my trade in but they went above and beyond in order to get me to my goal monthly payment. The sales manager Michael Worthington "Mazda Mike" and sales consultant Kashif Ullah 'Sargent" were very personable and made my family feel comfortable at the dealership. They took their time making sure I was confident in my purchase and went over multiple options. I can easily say I will be doing all my future car shopping at this dealership and recommend anyone to stop out.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. The vehicles they sell are lemons. They dont help there customers. They sell cars with engine problems.

Worked with a Carlos, went over my credit issues. Spoke to the finance manager, and we agreed we should move forward seeing if we could get approved. Wasn't able to get approved, so had my mom co-sign and submit her application on Tuesday 08/17. Got a text back Wednesday telling me he hasn't herd back yet from Caroline, she was off work. Didn't hear anything Thursday at all, finally Friday 08/20 stated got an approval on a new car, with conditions, but when we spoke on the phone, he said it wasn't approved for a new car but pre-owned! umm Ok, so now wrong information being provided! Asked what are the conditions, stated he was waiting on Caroline to come in to get the information. Didn't hear anything the remaining day, text on Saturday 21st , no response, to now today Monday 23rd getting a text, to take my car they just appraised to a Carmax to get an appraisal from them they are having issues!!! SOUNDS LIKE A BUNCH OF MESS! Why the xxxx would I take my car to carmax when you all have already appraised it! Everyone knows carmax lowballs people, just say you all cant do nothing or cant do nothing rather wasting my xxxx time! Horrible customer service, shouldn't take this long for an approval or denial! And doesn't make SINCE, to go to another dealer to get an appraisal when you all have an appraisal! Why have someone appraise my car if you cant go off your own word!

I don't like doing this, but after 2 weeks of being...

I don't like doing this, but after 2 weeks of being xxxxxx around, not being able to get an answer where my check is for a car I sold Germain, I'm done waiting. They've already listed the car for sale on their website, yet they also claim to me they haven't received the title from the title office and, due to that, they can't pay me the money they owe me. What the actual xxxx? First off, I should have been paid when I left, but if you don't own the car, since you supposedly don't have the title for the car yet and can't give me my money you owe me for the car, how can you sell the car? Good luck getting anyone actually on the phone, as well. So far, I've tried calling on multiple days, and twice have I actually managed to get ahold of the used cars manager, one of those times, he decided to transfer me to someone else who never answered. If this is the way that Germain decides to treat a customer that not only has gotten multiple cars from them but has also referred new customers to them, then I guess it's time for me to find a new dealership to work with. This is absolutely ridiculous. Note: This is not a review about Rusty Wilson who I worked with directly on the sale of my car, but instead the used cars department management. Rusty was great and easy to work with.

Salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during the initial contact and test drive. Once we started to talk about pricing, things went south quickly. They did not have the exact color I wanted but said they could easily get it and it would not cost me any extra for them to locate and obtain the vehicle. When the subject of pricing came up, they started playing a lot of games and were not straight with me. So, I found the vehicle at Byers and got a straight-forward price from them via email, and did the paperwork via email and phone on a Friday. Picked up the car the following Monday.

New Buy + Lease

We could not be more pleased with our new CX-30 and CX-9. These vehicles are the perfect additions for our modern day, fast paced schedule and growing, eagerly involved children. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the service and care from Terry, Tim, James, and the entire Germain Mazda crew. While our family will likely be part of the Mazda family for many years to come, we will continue to come back them because of this. They are attentive and respectful of our goals and have accommodated our needs to ensure we have a memorable, first-class experience. Based on our previous experience with the Service crew (Roccie, Amy, Jeff, Kellyn), I am so happy to know we will be in good hands for the care of our vehicles as well.
