excellent customer service

We were looking to purchase a car for our teenage daughter. Terry Johnson took the time to explain all the safety, entertainment and navigation features without any sales pressure. Further, he let each of us drive the car on an 8 mile loop that had a nice mixture of driving conditions. He never spoke negatively about competitor vehicles, he instead explained the differences. Sonny, the general manage, also worked with us and demonstrated excellent customer service. We purchased the car from the dealership due to Terry and Sonny's collective professionalism and customer service.

easy to work with

The dealership was easy to do business with. No hagali, no argument just nice people with a great product at a god price. Nice service team and well managed. Buying a car from Rusty was like buying a car from my best friend. He took the time to find out what was best for me and my family and he did not try to sell me anything. He simple listened to my needs and showed me what he could do. Easy to do business with and a man I can respect.

Terry was great.Made the process easy.

The drive made this an easy hands down choice from other cars I was looking at. Terry was full of information about the car. Safety and long term use was up there in my needs.

Honest & Professional

Terry Johnson assisted my wife and I in finding the car that best suited our needs. He was a straight shooter and polite. It was certainly worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Kentucky to do business at Germain.

good experience

Bo Stranzin was very friendly and also helpful in ensuring my rental car was returned the next day and that paperwork was faxed to my insurance agent. He sold me a great 2014 ford focus! The manager made paperwork and warranty offers very clear to me.

Royal Treatmen t

Our buying experience at Germain Mazda was phenomenal! I cannot say enough positive things about the entire visit. Our salesman was incredibly helpful without being "high pressure." However, the entire staff was pleasant & engaging. We were there to look at a new CX-3. I had already been shopping and I knew what I could buy one for. I also knew what my trade-in was worth. I am usually willing to walk off of the lot and head somewhere else to see if I can get a more competitive deal. They made sure that I bought my new Mazda at Germain by their competitive pricing & incredible sales experience. We were treated like royalty at Germain Mazda!

Good Experience

Was searching for a good used car to replace a 2003 Hyundai Sonata owned by my daughter. Located several in the area. Located and purchased a 2102 Ford Fusion with 62,000 miles from Germain Mazda for a reasonable price. At first they balked at me taking it to my own mechanic to have a look at it, but then allowed it. Vehicle checked out well with him and now my daughter is very happy. Terry Johnson took care of us and was excellent to deal with. There was an additional person we dealt with briefly, but I can't remember his name.

Another Great Experience!

Another great buying experience with Germain! Leased a Mazda6 from them two years previously and decided I wanted to trade in the 6 and finance a new CX-5. Within an hour of my inquiry Tim and Terry provided me with pricing on the new CX-5 and scheduled an appraisal for my trade-in. Got to the dealership on the day of appraisal and they had the new CX-5 cleaned up and ready for a test drive. Knew that trading in a leased car early might not be the best of ideas, especially a year before, but I was able to get a decent trade value that we both could live with (dealerships need to make money after all). Out of the door and into my new car in less than 3 hours! I did have to go back to the dealership a few days later to get a few accessories installed but Germain was able to put me in a loaner (Mazda 3 GT Hatchback) and the accessories installed and detailing of the car were worth the trip from Pickerington! Would highly recommend this dealership and Mazda to friends and family!

Trouble at first, but all was figured out

I went into Germain Mazda one Saturday with no intention of buying a car. And I really mean it when I say "no intention". I didn't bring any kind of payment, and was planning on stopping at a few more dealerships before I was going to buy. Well, I did end up buying a car, granted it was the car I had been looking at buying. Mike Worthington was my salesman, and he was very knowledgeable about the CX-3. He led me to the exact one that I wanted, and we took it for a test drive. Everything was great; he knew the ins and outs of the car. So we get back and we are talking numbers, and the next thing I know, I'm signing to buy this CX-3, which is fine, because, like I said, it is the car that I had been looking at, and at this point Mike had talked me into buying it. No biggie. Then, I get to the financial area of thee dealership, and that's when it started going downhill. I was told to choose an extended warranty plan, and didn't have the option to NOT choose a plan (which I know ultimately it is my responsibility to know what all I am signing, but at this point I had been there for 3 1/2 hours, so I was just ready to get everything done and go). I picked one of the cheaper ones, but still, my car payment was going to be $100 than what I had wanted my car payment to be! So I get home and am reading over everything, and I realize I am not happy with what just happened. So Monday morning I went back and dealt with Sonny Sosniak. He truly is the reason my review is a good one rather than a bad one. He went into my deal and fixed everything that was wrong with it. Now I know I am responsible to understand what I am buying and under what circumstances, but Sonny treated me with respect and helped me come to an agreement that I was ultimately happy with. He never once pressured me to stay with them or refused to cater to my needs. Sonny and Mike really care about the customer, I feel, and was treated fairly by them for being a young woman. The finance employee I dealt with was very nice, but he could've explained things a little more clearer. Other than the financial mishap, I have really no bad things to say about Germain. I will be a longtime customer thanks to their professionalism and down-to-earthness.
