Great Buying Experience

This was the first car I've ever bought and Mike Worthington made it as painless as possible. He understood that I wanted to finance elsewhere and even though he tried to sell me on financing through them (which I can't blame him as thats how they make money), he was never pushy about it. No one I dealt with was ever pushy and if I declined extra warranties and fees, it was never a hassle. I would highly recommend this Mazda dealer.

Excellent Customer Service

I worked directly with one of the salesmen Greg Welter to purchase a used 2008 Prius I found on their site - actually Greg suggested this car when I told him what I was looking for. He was very easy to work with and considerate of my budget and preferences. I was impressed that Greg knew as much about the Prius as he did - being at a Mazda dealership. It just goes to show his commitment to giving a great customer experience. Thank you!

I traveled over one hundred miles to deal. Michael was excellent at follow up emails. The end result was my choice to purchase different make of car.

Worked hard to make a stressful experience go smoothly

With a somewhat difficult process (essentially completing half of the deal 2 hours away) Terry Johnson worked extremely hard to make my car buying experience go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend Terry and all of Germain Mazda to anyone in search of their next car.

Great Experience

I truely enjoyed my time at Germain Mazda and working with Mike Worthington. Mike was very personable and ultimately got me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The entire experience was seemless and you can tell that Germain goes to great lengths to put their customers first.

Restored my faith in the car buying process

After an extremely unpleasant and four hour waste of time experience at another popular dealership in Columbus - you know the ones that are always "dealin", I went to Germain with a great deal of intrepidation at another bad experience. I could not have been more surprised and extremely impressed at the professionalism and overall concern for me as a customer from the Germain team. From the initial greeting through the sales process and the financing process the team cohesively worked together and explained every step in a thorough and complete manner. I could not recommend this dealership highly enough. If you are in the market for a vehicle this is the team to use!

Quick and Easy

I had a great experience with Germain Mazda and Terry Johnson. Was able to communication mainly through email. First dealership that I contacted through the Internet that actually had a human contact me back and not a robo email. Terry was able to work through most of the deal without me even having to come to the dealership and when it was time to come in, he had everything ready to go. I was in and out. Great people, great dealership!

Happy with purchase

I started my car search online, where I was able to narrow down the car I wanted to just a few. I then went into several dealerships where I was able to test drive these vehicles, thus narrowing my decision even further. When I went to Germain Mazda, Terry did something which no other salesman did. He taught me about the vehicle inside and out before I went on the road to drive it. I already knew it was a good car from my research online, but it's hard to get a feel for how the car is, and Terry did a great job showing me how great a car it was before I even handled it. After deciding to purchase the vehicle I also worked with Brittany, who was also fantastic. Very happy overall with my purchase and the people I worked with. Thanks again :)

Germain Mazda - Terry Johnson

We just purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 - Tech Pkg on Monday. Terry Johnson was outstanding on his knowledge and features of the car.
