This is the second car that I have purchased at Germain Mazda. My sales consultant Terry Johnson made the selection process and trade of my old car an easy, painless experience. Terry answered all of my questions (even the ones that I didn't know I had). What could have been a stressful, painful process was completed quickly and with no stress! Terry and the whole Germain Mazda team are true professionals committed to helping people get into the car of their dreams! If you need a car, look them up! They will take care of you!

I went to several dealerships before stopping at Germain Mazda. My goal was to sell my 2013 dodge dart and purchase a used Jeep. Greg Welter was my sales consultant. Him, along with his manager Jeremy worked hard to get me a fair appraisal. Even when the offer was too low, the customer service did not stop. Greg helped me locate used Jeeps on their database. We found one at another Germain location. Weer traveled over to Lexus of Dublin top look at the Jeep. Greg worked hard for me to get me the price i wanted for my car. I sold my car and purchased a Jeep that day. The dealership did a last safety checkup on the Jeep. Two days latest i picked it up. Greg Welter met me at the dealership (ON HIS DAY OFF) to ensure everything went smoothly for me. I was very pleased with the service i received from Greg and his managers. I highly recommend Greg Welter as a sales consultant. He's very personable and not fake.

Our salesman, Bo Stranzin, completely devoted himself to us and our car buying experience. He also was supportive after the sale. We were not brand specific in our search, so we visited a lot of dealerships. Bo made this experience a good one for us. We bought our Lexus at Germaine in Dublin and also had a good experience. I visited Germain Mazda to take a closer look at the '16 Mazda 6. Mike Worthington was a great help from start to finish. I learned everything I needed to know in regard to the vehicle itself, and was able to take a test drive and get a feel for the car. I never felt pressured into anything - pure professionalism from start to finish. They truly want to make it a great experience and make sure that you're being taken care of. I was so pleased with the new car sales process at Germain Mazda. My initial contact was a telephone call. The sales person called me back promptly and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful in locating the car I wanted and the price was right. The final issue was the trade for my Miata. I was really low-balled by two other dealerships so I was wary. We gave the sales person the number we needed to seal the deal and he made it work. Every aspect of the sale was done promptly and professionally. I will certainly recommend the dealership and sales person to others!

I was not really in the market for a new car, but I fell in love with a MINI Cooper that I found on their website. I wasn't expecting a very good outcome since I was walking into this process with less than perfect credit. Greg Welter was very helpful, patient, and positive. Terry was very friendly and made the buying process quick and easy. I test drove numerous vehicles from a variety of car brands and dealerships and Terry's test drive was by far the most thorough and informative.
