Worst service ever

Dealer lost the record of recommended service from a previous appointment and then charged me to figure out what was wrong with my car despite it being exactly what they recommended in a previous visit. Also laughed at me and spoke in a condescending way to me when I told him the symptoms of what was wrong with my car and told me a car couldn't do that, only to find out from the technician that indeed yes, that is exactly what goes wrong when this part fails. Unethical, condescending, person who liaisons with customers does not know much about cars, and they are careless with paperwork.

Momma Miata

Germain Mazda was our first stop in our hunt for a 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata. It ended up being our only stop. I wanted to keep my purchase local, Germain Mazda was willing to meet that expectation. Terry spent three hours with us, sharing information and listening to our requests. In the end, some accommodation by both parties sealed the deal. Terry was thorough throughout the process. He was pleasant, as were all the Germain Mazda folks, making the buying experience very low key. A morning well spent.

Very good information and no pressured.

We had done our research and Terry was ready to deliver what we wanted. He answered all our questions and provided options for everything we wanted to look into. He was friendly, courteous and respectful of our inquiries. He never tried to push us into a deal, but let us make our own decision based on the options and what we wanted. We felt working with Terry was the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Car shopping made easy!!!

I was very unsure of buying a new car! I emailed Germain and Jordan responded within the hour. I knew from his first email he loved his job and that he was confident in himself. I tried to cancel over the weekend, was over thinking this car buying thing lol. He spent his Sunday off work, emailing me, asking for his trust. He defintely proved himself to me. I went in on Monday morning and in no time I was buying the car I wanted. Best car buying experience ever!!! He listened to my concerns and respected them. I never felt I was there buying a car, the staff were all amazing from making sure you had something to drink to getting to know you. I am so satisfied with my Mazda 6. I am so pleased I got to experience the best car buying experience with the amazing team at Germain Mazda!

Positive Buying Experience

As a first-time (female) buyer, I was dreading the new car buying experience, but Bo Stranzin and the staff at Germain Mazda made the process easy. I never felt pressured. To a person, the staff seemed respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Having researched pricing and end of summer deals, I'm pleased with the final cost we were able to negotiate and am totally enjoying my new Mazda 3. The sales staff at Germain seems to know how to treat their customers!

Excellent Experience

Bo Stranzin is an excellent Mazda salesman. His easygoing nature and willingness to answer all my questions put me at ease. No pressure to buy! I had done my homework re fair market pricing online at home and intended to visit more than one dealership, if necessary, to find the right car at a fair market cost. I fell in love with the Mazda 3 during a test drive and didn't need to go anywhere else. I'm very happy with the car and don't think I could have made a better deal anywhere. Bo and Damon Shorterage went over all the important features of the car and made sure I felt comfortable with the basics of driving it. Bo even synched my iPhone to the Bluetooth feature before I headed for home and added a couple favorites to the radio. This was my first "solo" car-buying experience, and the entire staff at Germain Mazda made it a pleasant one!

First-time new car purchase, excellent experience

This was my first new car purchase, and it went extremely well thanks to the staff at Germain Mazda! I worked with Rusty Wilson primarily, then Tim Nilsen and Damon Shorterage. The team was great to work with, I never felt pressured or intimidated to agree to anything I was uncomfortable with. They answered all of my questions and negotiating the terms of the sale went smoothly. On a side note, I was in desperate need of allergy medicine while I was at the dealership. While the new car was getting ready, Rusty made a trip to a nearby CVS to pick up Benadryl for me. Super appreciative, and a great example of how Rusty treats customers. Will remember and won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda.

Rusty Wilson was the best person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership! Everyone at Germain Mazda truly cares about you and wants only the best for you.
