I Recently bought a car for my daughter at Germain Mazda of Columbus. Customer service from everyone I spoke with was top notch! Very sincere, Helpful and Professional! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Marcus, very helpful and professional. He helped me right away to found out who the salesman I was meeting. He introduced me to Charles Williams, Which was so genuine and an outstanding salesman to work with! Couldn’t have been happier. His kindness, Professionalism and personality was great! Also had the pleasure of speaking with Kianna and Dave the Manager who was both also great to work with through the car deal. I was truly impressed with everyone there. Thank you all! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jason was the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson I have ever dealt with. He never showed impatience. I didn’t feel not feel pressured to buy or make a decision. I felt like we were just having a conversation. The dealership on Morse rd was spotless and smelled fresh. The temp was perfect. The staff was well groomed and professional looking. Every single employee I interacted with was friendly, smiling and all of them seemed genuinely happy to be there. I am a woman and this is the first time in 50 years of car buying that I did not walk out the door feeling like I didn’t get the best deal possible.

The work was done on time, communication was terrific, and the car was ready when promised. I will go back to Germain for all of my service going forward.
