Misleading about financing

The dealership owned a good deal of cars and the people there were fine as well. However, you must be informed that they don't give financing to everyone unlike they market for "Guaranteed Approval". My husband and I just went there this morning and spent several hours hoping to buy a car, but they ended up not granting (or finding) a loan for us. It seemed that they didn't offer in-house financing, so don't waste your time if your credit is not good.

No response to email submission through cars.com

I sent an email request through cars.com asking if they would accept a trade-in and they did not respond. Any company not paying attention to email requests is not on my list of companies to do future business with.

Poor service.

I had gone into look at a Lexus with high expectations due to reviews of the dealership on Cars.com. They were very helpful on the phone however it turned bad very quick once I got into the dealership to actually look at the car. The salesman knew nothing about the car. I asked if some issues on the car could be checked out before any talk of buying the car would happen. Left the dealer with a bizarre feeling and waited till the next day to hear back from them regarding my past concerns with the car. Waited for three days and still nothing finally called back to ask what was going on and it seemed to them like I had never came in to visit and nothing was being done with the car. Would never consider ever going to look at a car there again. If you can't/ don't want to get something done don't tell someone you will.
