Look Elsewhere!
We bought a Honda CR-V. Forgot to ask when the last oil change was, contacted our salesman Amar to ask. Never heard back! We spoke with someone else at dealership and learned they hadn't changed the oil in almost a year! The battery died on the third day we owned the vehicle and within a week we had to take it in to the dealership for the transmission computer to be adjusted. Thankfully that was still under warranty. We live 2 hours away so bringing the vehicle back for them to replace battery and complete an oil change was not realistic. The dealership contacted us to review our experience, when we told them, of course said they "would look in to it". The lower price comes at a price! They don't maintain their vehicles. Better to look elsewhere!

Left Hanging
Inquired about a Mercedes S class by email and did a credit app. Never got a response. So I called spoke to sales person he said he was out of the Office and he would call me back when he return to the office. Never heard anything else. Sad if I knew this is how they do business I would have never did the credit app and took that hit on my CREDIT score.

Customer Service
My Husband and I live a good distance away so we filled out the online credit application. We called the next day and was told somebody was working on it and would be calling us shortly. Three days later we still have not heard anything. Whether our credit is good enough or not they should have called like promised and told us!! This is very poor customer service!!

Walked in and the customer service wasn't what you expect from a car dealership. First salesman whistled for my attention and next salesman didn't want to move car that was being looked at. Once I spoke to David, the salesman, customer service sky rocketed and a deal was made. He was ready and willing to make the best deal for me and helped me walk away in my new vehicle.
