Lousy customer service

Had an appointment to see / drive a car and was on time. Drove 2&1/2 hours. Not greeted by staff. Went to only staff not with customers and asked for help. He sat us down in waiting area. 15 minutes later another staff inquired which car and said he'd be back in 2 minutes. 30 minute later we went wandering around looking for him. When we finally found him he nodded and, 10 minutes later drove the vehicle to us with the motor running. No instructions about a test drive or who would be dealing with us. So- we began the stationary part of the test- starting the car. Too bad the battery was dead! When we went back inside and found the original staff who sat us down in the waiting area doing what he was doing when we first saw him- on pc and i-phone. We looked bewildered and did then make eye contact with him. When he then ignored us that was it. We were a cash in hand sale, ready to buy- but after all this, even if we wanted the vehicle, we won't want to trade with such a disorganized company. Impression, understaffed; staff underperforming.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I am out of state and called to ask if i could get a few specific pictures of a car, was told no problem. Days later nobody has gotten to it. Good luck to anyone who wants to do business this way. Wish i could give ZERO Stars.

Good experience

Got a pretty decent deal on a well kept Mercedes-Benz. Buying process was simple as well as financing approval. Worked with Amaar who was quick and efficient. Good experience overall.

please remember all cars are as is

First of all I had an appointment to look at this one car . I would think the would clean it up . However that was not the cast . It was was cover in Pine needles ,And beyond dirty .My biggest surprise for to see the car only have 3 hubcaps .O yes in the tie without the hubcap Had a nail in the tire.Please remember their cars are as is ,all of them . I guess they don't stand behind them .

Arifeen was Great

I came last Friday to purchase a used car- all of the cars I had mentioned via email were ready, and I worked with Arifeen, with whom I had corresponded. Arifeen was very helpful, knowledgeable about the cars, friendly, and not at all pushy. I test drove the cars alone while he worked inside, and once I got back, there were no attempts to push a purchase at that moment. After testing three or four cars, I purchased a Honda Civic 2008 and am very happy. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others (they have a massive selection)- and ask for Arifeen!

I cant really tell you about the buying experience . My wife have a some credit issues and filled out the online credit application. It says gauranteed approval on the website . They obviously checked it because I took a hit on my credit report from them checking it . But nocontact from anyone at the dealership so I am assuming they couldnt get anything approve or they werent willing to work with us. Ive worked in the automotive industry before and have seen people with lower credit get approved . So not sure what to expect but a phone call , email anything would have been nice.

Wish they would respond

I inquired about a vehicle they had in inventory, which according to thier site and cars.Com they have. They responded to the initial email but after that have got no responses (had send 2 afterwords). Quite a way to do business. Will be taking my options elsewhere. Just wanted to post this so no one else wasted their time trying to get ahold of someone.
