They responded only that the car was available.

They responded only that the car was available. when I requested more information about the car I did not get any response! I requested again and the sales manager responded, that the sales person was too busy and he get back to me soon. It's been about 3 months, NEVER HEARD FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

DO not buy a car here.

DO not buy a car here. They sold us a lemon. I’m $5k in trying to fix it. Didn’t have it a week and still in shop over a month later. They won’t make it right. Stay away. I will sit outside their business and stop people before going in

The gentleman I worked with was very nice and pleasant

The gentleman I worked with was very nice and pleasant but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I traveled 3 hours to look at a vehicle, had placed numerous calls to ask questions about the vehicle before I drove up there. They blew smoke up my butt telling me the car was flawless. got there and found it to be a piece of crap, body work was aweful, drove like junk. Premium price for junk. Guess they didnt count on the customer to do his homework on what the vehicle was supposed be. Never again

My husband and I visited this dealership two weeks ago to

My husband and I visited this dealership two weeks ago to meet with Aaron. The vehicle's dash had warning lights and messages, and the rear passenger window was not operable. When we asked Aaron about the repairs, he promised to call us the next day since we loved the vehicle. My husband reached out again, and I am still waiting for his response; this indicates unprofessionalism and poor follow-up. Do better, Maximum Auto Outlet!

I took a 2007 camry I was interested in purchasing to MD

I took a 2007 camry I was interested in purchasing to MD for an inspection, since I live in MD and wanted to make sure it would pass before purchase. Thank goodness I did, although it cost me $120 I'll never get back. The inspection found 4 minor issues totaling around $650. I returned to Maximum Auto with the inspection and they tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the car, and that the MD inspector was lying to me. I asked if they would fix the issues and they refused because it had already passed their VA inspection. The salesman Abbas tried to convince me that he was an 'engineer' and that cars don't really need a secondary hood latch, an item that failed. He just seemed like he was ready to tell me anything to get me to buy the car as-is. I was so disappointed , I really liked the car, I just wanted them to get it to pass inspection. I'm sure that less experienced customers fall for that scheme all the time. :(

Abysmal customer service.

Abysmal customer service. They don't even make eye contact while talking to their potential customers. We are buying a vehicle and it is a serious investment. The people seem to b bothered me asking questions about the vehicle the finances. They want me ronn down to loan even before I decided the car inantes to puchase. Good for me, I found a nice auto dealer nearby and found a RAV4 2017 in a great condition and purchased on the same day.

They don’t respond.

They don’t respond. Usually the car dealer worries you to death about buying a vehicle. These people never reach out to you. You have to keep calling them. Don’t waste your time with this place
