The reviews are so misleading, people who expect a used car dealer to diagnose and repair everything wrong with a car is ludicrous. If you came from far away to buy a car a t a high volume dealership they do not have to treat you like you are visiting royalty... they have amazing cars, i got a very pretty maserati abd JJ was THE most amazing person at any dealership ever (a loan miracle worker). this lady's kid coukd not tell the car did not have headlghts so she left a nasty review? dont mind the whiny karens, this is a great dealership, I am taking my much smarter 19yo there tom to get a car.... yes he knows what a headlight is!

This’s the worst place to buy a car in DMV. All they do is scam people. They would sell you a faulty car and lied about it.. they work with the warranty company’s , and you won’t get no help from the warranty. The manager is full of xxxx.(Mario) PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY CAR FOR THE DEALERSHIP.

Stay away from this dumpster fire dealership, they sold me an Audi Q5 with fuel gauge issues which they clearly knew about..when I purchased the car it had just enough fuel to get me home from the dealership..fueled the car very next day the fuel gauge did not move to indicate that I had a full tank of gas. Called the dealership explained the issue my sales guy said he would talk to his boss and get back to me...never heard from that dude..I called back like three times until he the sales guy told me to drive the car back one of their tech would scan the car but they will not fix whatever the issue is!! xxxxn unbelievable!!

I bought a 2012 328i BMW for 12K before during the test drive there was no check engine light on and I thought the car was in great condition. They made it clear this an as is sale no warranty. When I took the car thru inspection I discovered the computer was unplugged in order for the check engine light not to come on. I had the car for a couple years and spent thousands of dollars in repairs just for the engine light to go off. Don’t trust this dealer

I purchased a 2017 Porsche Macan…The best car buying experience ever! Mario is the best! Maximum is it for me!!!!!

Went to check out a challenger 2014 it was a dead roach in the cup holder and roach nest inside speedometer they asked me to test drive it the tire was flat it was terrible and they expect 15k for that infested vehicle

Bought a car today and dealing with Doug Owens was fantastic! We drove two hours from northern Baltimore. Dealership doesn't play any games. You don't have to deal with several people; your salesperson does it all. It was the fastest we've ever been in and out with a car purchase. The online pictures were detailed and we will definitely buy from them again. Doug was a no-hassle salesperson and very professional.

Stay away from this dealership! They sold me a BMW 645ci last month for $10K. When I took it in because of transmission issues, the bill was $17K from BMW! This dealership tried to blame me for the problem…luckily, I was able to finally get rid it and went to Enterprise. Enterprise took wonderful care of me, helped me get out of the BMW and into a Nissan Maxima with warranties…which Maximum Auto Outlet does not provide. I recommend Enterprise Auto Sales on Rt 1. They have used vehicles for decent prices and they’ll work with you to get you into a reliable vehicle!
