The worst car dealership on earth. Very crooking.
Never buy from this dealership. I can confirm every single bad reviews people wrote about them on this website. I have been through it all with them. They would sell you a messed up car, crooked warranty that does not help with repairs, provide crooked financing system, very rude and disgusting customer service all the way to their managers and they will never call you back. When you try to cancel your warranty and get your money back then they start playing games and get nasty with you. Trust me, do not get close to this dealership. The only things you will get are headaches, anger, stress, bad car and bad customer service once they get their money. I wish i could give them negative stars. Crooked people than those folks do not exist. They are the worst you can get.

Contacted the dealer 10 days ago. No response back. What a joke.. i'm in need of a car, and they left me hanging. Thank God for my bank to help me out. . One of our fundamentals at my work is " invest In Relationships". You my friend got an F , because you failed to succeed.

Maximum Auto outlet in Manassas Virginia must be one of the worst used car dealerships ever. I would not recommend buying a car there to anyone... On my first visit to the dealership my salesman, Mr. K was too busy to talk to me, but had plenty of time to talk on the phone. I was in desperate need of a car (I know my own fault). Mr, K was "willing to work with me" and take $250 off the Internet price. Wow, so generous. but again, I was desperate. Didn't buy this day I was just so annoyed at this salesman... I must have been on my meds because I went back and got to deal with "Mr. K" again, this time a lot less phone usage... This is a plus... I got my incredibly awesome $250 off Internet price but, they ended up selling me a car with non-working equipment (headlight). Told me they would fix it, but I would need to come back. Again, I was in desperate need of a car. They removed the safety inspection and gave me a rejection sticker. They took $100 off the sales price for me to do my own repairs. I bought it. Mr. K. told the lot guy to give me the keys when the car got around from removing the safety inspection sticker and walked off. I mean at least be man enough to hand me the keys and tell me, I got you sucka!!! I didn't get a full tank of gas (1/8). Didn't get a car wash. I should get the commission for the sale of this car. I ended up doing my own work, including jockeying the car from the lot while Mr. K talked on his phone. Oh, so turns out the headlight is after market. They forgot to mention that when they were rejecting the safety inspection. Only "it needed a new light"... New light and inspection $250. So, Mr. K is sitting back saying gott'em!!! Yes that got me, but they will never do it again... I will tell everyone I ever meet to never buy from them... Wouldn't buy anything from Mr. K. ever again and wouldn't buy another car from this place if it was the only dealership in the land. This place is a freakin joke. I can’t be completely negative though, Jonathan in finance seemed like a good guy and made the paperwork very easy. I would recommend him for employee of the month, or for him to find a better place to work.

Beware and Good Luck
This is one of the most unethical and immoral places in Manassas. The vehicle I bought functioned for about 1 day. After that day, I began to deal with mechanical issues that weren't listed or brought up during the purchase. Furthermore, the minute I brought them up to the sales person and manager, I was informed that I should have done a better job of purchasing a vehicle "as is". While I understand this common deceitful practice, the fact that the problem wasn't addressed, costing me hundreds of dollars to fix, is beyond unacceptable for any "reputable" organization, but the lack thereof, places others on the road at risk. Avoid purchasing vehicles where even the slightest chance of purchasing a vehicle in bad mechanical conditions puts you at risk of spending more money exist without proper response from their management team. But most importantly, avoid places where employees are unethical and this common practice is at the core of their business. Good luck and beware!

The Best Dealership By Far
I, my family and friends I ve referred have been purchasing cars from here for at least 10 years. Between all of us maybe a total of 25 vehicles we brought. I always deal with Mario. To my family friends and myself he is the best salesperson there! He is fair, honest and a man of this word. That means a lot to this family. I used to live in Baltimore and made that trip to Va. Now I live in Myrtle Beach SC and still make that trip to Va. Ill be going back this March to buy 2 more vehicles for myself

Bad experience stay away
There’s a man his name Mario introduced him self as a generally manager anyways in my opinion that man has no selling experience or to deal with customers that man has very bad attitude and unprofessional my Advice to everyone don’t deal with that man he made turn off from buying a 2014 BMW 335i xdrive 80k miles worth $23,995 and the car was listed for $22,995 on another site.without 30 days warranty
