Best dealer ship in town

My salesman name was Doug and he was the best very professional and knowledgeable Pedro was my finance person. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was less then 2 hours. If you’re looking to get a used car please ask for these guys.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

This dealership couldn’t get worse. After guaranteeing credit approval they didn’t approve it. After I asked for a call back several times they never did. They act like they just don’t want to be there

2010 Land Rover LR4. lemon!!

Bought and paid straight cash! 2 days later the check engine light came on so I took it to a repair shop to get it checked! The body modular system is bad and so is the evap system! I called them to ask what they would do since it seems the vehicle was not checked over before selling not to mention the oil plug is stripped and may need a whole new pan!! They said isn’t this regular maintenance and I said I cracked evap and bad body modular system is not regular maintenance long story short they said nothing they would do to remedy the situation. Very disappointing very poor service!!

hard time buying a car

I've never worked so hard trying to buy a car. I've called/emailed/texted on numerous occasions. After several phone calls, and agreeing to send a deposit, I did get a call back with an explanation and apology - the A/C was being repaired and they did not want me to send a deposit. I would be given a call on Monday with an update. It's Tuesday at 9:21 central time and I never received a call.

Very disappointed custom.

About a Bentley from this dealership and they were supposed to fix something on the car for me. I have a written promise that it would be done. Is been 4 months now and I've been calling and being given the run around. Looks like I will have to Sue this dealership to get my call fix. I paid for the car and now they don't want to do the job that was hand written on the contract. Calling my lawyer. Rodney

Buyers beware

Spent $500 on a PPI for ferrari California at ferrari dealer. 20k worth of issues found and they denied there was any problem and didn't move on price or offer to rectify any issues. Still trying to sell the car now for same price. Beware.

Out of state buyer

I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX from Amar .....he made the process extremely efficient and fast. Especially being an out of state buyer! Did the deposit over the phone.i flew in at 8:30 am and was on the road by 9:30!! Happy with the vehicle! And no haggle about pricing! Great service and selection of cars!

I'd seen two cars online that I was interested in for my teenage daughter. Wind up test driving several vehicles instead. Special K was accommodating. Thank you Karen for the candy. Sticker price was more than online price. Dealership also honored the online price. Overall, it was a great sopping experience.
