poor service

I called the dealership and made an appointment to look at the vehicle. When me and my boyfriend walked inside for our appointment the two sales people and one outside did not acknowledge that we had even walked in the store. we walked around the lot ourselves then proceeded back inside where we still were not greeted. we stood in show room waiting for someone to acknowledge which they didn't until I exclaimed I guess this place does not want my money! Finally someone walked over and asked if we made an appointment. When we explained who our appointment was with the salesman could not find the one we made an appointment with. Instead of him helping us he left us standing and wondered around looking for the sales guy. After watching the dysfunction of the dealership we choose not to do business with them even though we had cash in hand to do the deal. At the point that we left we had been there 25 minutes with no help, and I will add it was 25 minutes waste on a lunch break.

Salesperson Edwin

Great buying process; left the dealership with the car I wanted at the price I thought was fair. I will definitely be buying my next car from this dealer.

Good expierence

A little hard to find and a little confusing with all of the other businesses in the same building. But once I figured it the service was excellent and they stood behind the deal as advertised on the internet. I would buy from them again.

White Acura TL

Horrible ! Scammers! Idiots!

Sold me a car that had a minor accident on the car fax, but in reality the cars brake lines were damaged, it also had frame damage and also when you call them and ask for a price of a car they tell you one price when you arrive you get another one oh and if you finance expect another 2k-5k to be added to the price of the vehicle !

Great service Rendered By Experienced Sales Staff

It Was Absolutely great experience buying car at Maximum Auto Outlet. I have bought a beautiful Acura MDX. They have Huge Inventory, Reasonable Prices, and very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Finance Manager Ammar Hanjra actually went out of the way to make my car buying experience a memorable one. I will recommend this place to all my friends, family and co-workers. Thumbs Up!

becareful

I bougt a 2001 330ci Bmw at this dealer and it gave me problems 2 dyas after it wouldnt pass emission and it had a oil leak and a lean mixture leak which is really bad and a fuel system problem as well i was back at the dealer 6 times for repairs but they will just disconected the negative cable of the baterry and erase the codes. And tell me the car is fix i left the car for 3 days because they said they were goin to fix it pick it up on saturday and by sunday the engine light was On again this was the six time they tried to repair the car i told them to get me on a btter car and they asked me for 3,000$ more for downpayment just becareful when you but here pay a mechanic to check the car and if they promese you antthin get it in writtin
