Poor service to car buyers, and terrible attitude.

I'd come to Manassas to find a replacement for my wrecked car. Because of insurance cut-off for my rental car, I needed to find a vehicle on that day (Saturday). Salesman offered to let me walk around the lot, but said he was busy and I should check back with him to drive one. I did, found an Acura to look at. I test drove the Acura and an Audi, each time with virtually no assistance from the salesman. It had been about 90 minutes since I arrived, and I'd spent less than 10 of those actually talking with the salesman. Everything fell apart when I asked to look at a BMW to complete my comparison shopping. Salesman's demeanor changed completely. Now he didn't have time to 'keep pulling out cars for me'. He said he'd sold cars a long time and knew my type and that he didn't think I was going to buy a car. I was still free to walk the lot, but he didn't have time to show me anything more. I was *shocked*. I have never been treated in such a callous way by someone whose job is to sell me a car. Astonishing. Apparently customers are a distraction to him. Anyway, I was now totally put off Maximum, and even though I *did* plan to buy a car, and had cash on hand to do it with, no way I was going to support this organization. There was another couple also looking at cars about the same length of time as me. I warned them that they should make a selection soon before they were also run off the lot. I found what I was looking for at a similar lot a mile or so away, who were patient with me and let me drive anything I wanted. There are much better alternatives to Maximum.

EDWIN RAMOS

Mr. Edwin welcome myself and my sister is soon as we entered the facility. Edin explained all the processes and procedures to us very throughly. He then proceeded to answer all our questions and demomstrated great customer service. Overall, and exception visit. His personality led me to refer other clients his way. Well done!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My family & I drove from the DC/MD area to this dealership. We were interested in purchasing 2 vehicles. When we arrived to the dealership there were 3 salesmen out front. No one acknowledged my family. As we walked around the lot looking at the vehicles, the salesmen went inside. After we looked at the vehicles that we were interested in we went inside to see if anyone would acknowledge us. No one opened their mouth to say hello, may I help you, or anything. As a customer I shouldn't have to come to you. The salesperson should greet me/you on the car lot. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE !
