The second time around was a charm!!!

I must admit that in my previous review I was wrong about the character of maximum auto outlet. My bad experience turned out to be a misunderstand between a sales associate and I, not the entire business. After learning that I'd made a trip that far and didn't purchase a car, Mario the Gm took matters into his hands and Invited me back. The experience was totally different. Mario went beyond measures to take care of me Himself, and I truly Appreciate the professionalism that was displayed the second time around. I did purchase the car that I initially came to purchase at a lower price. Mario did everything in his power to assure me that he wants to see every customer leave MAO satisfied. I will be going back in the near future to purchase a car for my son. BTW I am not in any way affiliated with MAO or Mario, Lets get that straight! The first time I met the guy, and He treated me like family, He was very professional and Genuinely interested in my concerns.

Car shopping experience!

The car shopping experience with Ammar was great. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable of the car and car buying process.

A true believer in honesty

Drove 5 hours to view a car that I inquired about via phone and internet and spoke with amar to assure that this vehicle was in good mechanical condition and i was assured it was, so I went to see the vehicle with plans of purchasing cash deal. When I arrived, I stood waiting on the showroom floor for fifteen minutes at least,without even being greeted .I saw at least 3 employees sitting down doing nothing, so finally,I approached one of the guys and told him that i had previously called about a particular car and had spoken to someone name amar, He pointed me to one of the guys that was sitting doing nothing and said thats amar. I told amar who I was,and why I was there. amar went and got the car and after test driving the car , it was not in the proper mechanical condition as described, I was very disappointed! But however I was willing to still buy the car if the price would've been adjusted accordingly. amar refused to come to a fair agreement, and instead let me walk with the cash. I was willing to pay the asking price for the car less the bogus processing fees, which i thought was fair because the repairs was going to exceed that amount ,but instead we agreed to let his people take a look at the car,He was to contact me afterwards, I have yet to hear anything from anyone at mao. It seems like to me that they didn't care if they sold the car or not.

Mario the salesman was completely unprofessional and rude!!! I don't advice going there

Great Service! Good Experience

Worked with Mario and Ammar. Great buying process. No pressure. Asked to take the car to the dealership and they're were very accommodating. Ending up purchasing the car. Thanks for marking the car buying process easy.

poor service

I called the dealership and made an appointment to look at the vehicle. When me and my boyfriend walked inside for our appointment the two sales people and one outside did not acknowledge that we had even walked in the store. we walked around the lot ourselves then proceeded back inside where we still were not greeted. we stood in show room waiting for someone to acknowledge which they didn't until I exclaimed I guess this place does not want my money! Finally someone walked over and asked if we made an appointment. When we explained who our appointment was with the salesman could not find the one we made an appointment with. Instead of him helping us he left us standing and wondered around looking for the sales guy. After watching the dysfunction of the dealership we choose not to do business with them even though we had cash in hand to do the deal. At the point that we left we had been there 25 minutes with no help, and I will add it was 25 minutes waste on a lunch break.

Good expierence

A little hard to find and a little confusing with all of the other businesses in the same building. But once I figured it the service was excellent and they stood behind the deal as advertised on the internet. I would buy from them again.
