Odd Approach to Customer Service

I live in Richmond, and had called the two previous, consequitive days ragarding a 2006 Durango. My friend and I drove up on a Saturday evening, and I was fully prepared to buy if the vehicle met my approval. When I arrived, they had no idea that I was coming to inspect that particular vehicle(especially the young man asleep at his desk). We were told that they had to move several vehicles to get to ours. After about thirty minutes of waiting, we went outside to investigate. To staff members were trying to jumpstart the Durango in question. I feel as if I dodged a serious bullet here.

Excellent Buying Experience with Edwin

We had a fantastic buying experience with Edwin, our sales rep. There was no pressure and he was very accommodating about all our concerns and questions. The buying process was easy and they gave us a very fair price for our purchase of a very high quality vehicle.

Great service, no pressure

I bought a 2006 Volvo S60R from Maximum Auto Outlet. The service was amazing and it was a no pressure environment. Ammar Hanjra helped me out, and was the nicest car salesman I've ever encountered. I would definitely buy from here again, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a used car.

Toyota Avalon XL 2005

Amaar is a reasonable dealer who is open to negotiation, within his limits, of course. The car is what I was looking for, with no issues. The dealership is clean and professional, with no pressure tatics. More attention needs to be made with cleaning and detailing, but they will do so at the customer's request.

Sold car with bad clutch

They take advantage of young kids that do not know how to negotiate a car deal. Sold my son a car with a bad clutch. Clutch lasted less than 24 hours after purchase and he had to replace part. Since was sold as is, my 21 year old Army private son currently serving in Afghanistan had to pay not only for car, but major repair as well. Stay away from sales manager Babar Ahmad and this dealership, they are crooks.

Glue?? Really???

Went to look at a Dodge Nitro. The plastic molding on the luggage rack was GLUED on...WITH PLUMBER'S FOAM. It didn't even appear as if they were trying to hide it. The plastic "fix" was already failing, as the molding was hanging off of the vehicle. Not to mention, the listing at the dealership was $3,000 more expensive than the advertisement on the cars.com website.

Crooks

Real crooks....Promise you everything to get you to buy, then dont answer phone after the sale. All the cars have issues and get spot fixed. I drove 3 cars, and all of them had something wrong. Watch out for the slick talkers.
