good price, crappy service
i did buy a car from these guys, i am happy with the car and the price i got for it...but would never go back due to the lack of professionalism by the staff... salesman i had was a jerk and acted as if i was wasting his time because it was his lunch break and he was doing me a favor by sticking around while i decided on purchasing the car.. after purchase was complete i asked if all license plate frames and the front license plate mount be removed, which was met with huffing and puffing, so i drove the car home, got out my socket set and took the 2 minutes to remove them... the $400 "processing fee" aka seller commission is a joke

My father referred me to coming to Maximum Auto Outlet, i think it was agreat decision.Every other place i have been to look at or other places online ivelooked at didnt have and great prices that i could use in my price range. This dealer ship was really help full I got to test drive the cars and when i had a decision to make about which car they were very understanding and pacient. Mr. Hanjra was very skilled and helpful in the process and paper work seemed easy and as quick as he could make it. Im very happy with my new car and how the process took place

Ammar was very helpful. No pressure at any point. I took the car to a Bimmershop recommended mechanic who found a leaking oil seal but was able to tell me that otherwise this car was in excellent shape.

2003 Volkswagen Jetta
My experience with Maximum Auto Outlet is disappointing. I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta. I paid half for the vehicle in cash and financed the remaining. Unfortunately after several STRONG conversations with Management to fix the back window they finally agreed. Maximum kept my vehicle for several days assuring me that they completed the work and the rear window does not leak. Unfortunately the window still LEAKS. I was taking my elderly mother and father to a family event, once it started raining the window leaked water all over my parents..needless to say I was furious!! I have tried numerous attempts to contact Mr. Garrett (Manager) but to no avail. My phone calls get routed to voicemail and of course no return call. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER ANYONE TO MAXIMUM AUTO. BEWARE
