could be a great review, not so much
I will adjust this review when my issue is resolved. My truck is great, My salesman Jay was great, the initial process was great. I wanted to pay my taxes a switch my plates to the new vehicle on my own and not add the cost to my financing. 27 days later I am still awaiting my title, They gave me temporary tags with the wrong vehicle, they did fix that and got me new tags thanks to Jay. But for 27 days they haven't been able to get the title to me so I can go to DMV, get my tags and get the title to the bank. This could be a 4 star review otherwise, absolutely ridiculous that this should take anymore than a few days or even a week or so, 4 weeks is nuts.

mr.K great job
Mr. K was a our sales person. Everything went smoothly. I bought a 2007 cadillac xxx for my daughter. She loves the car. For a used car it is in really great shape. Will buy from them again.

Hi Luis, Thank you for the wonderful feedback.
Ran 8 Hard Inquies on my Credit
Maximum Auto Outlet is bait and switching their advertised prices. The salesperson Karina asked to run my credit. I told her I only wanted one hard inquiry. I received 8 credit karma email alerts that they ran 8 hard inquires.

Hi Terp, I am very sorry that you had a poor experience in contacting our dealership. I apologize for your experience.
BUYER BEWARE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE
My 19 year old son purchased a car from Maximum to only get the car home the same evening to discover the car has no high beam lights. The reason for this is because there were no bulbs, or housing for where the bulbs go, therefore it could not even pass state inspection. The car also had, no heat, an oil leak, no under skirting under the fender wheel area because it had broke and was dragging the ground the same day as purchase. This car clearly had not been checked out by the employees of this operation. Trying to get the repairs made to the car by the dealer was a complete nightmare the management team is dishonest, rude, & very unprofessional. The management claimed repairs were made but they all were not. Also a big one the dealer never filed the paperwork with the VA DMV & registered the car to my son or applied for his permanent license plates that we discovered by going to the DMV & contacting the Motor Vehicle Board In Richmond Va. (However after not returning 7 of our phone calls in regards to where our permanent plates for the car was because our 30 day tags expired the dealer lied once again & claimed they were delivered to us. FUNNY THING CONSIDERING NO PAPERWORK WAS FILED WITH THE VA DMV) Also if you look at the Better Business Bureau page you will see that Maximum Auto Outlets accreditation was revoked for failure to address customer complaints on numerous occasions.

Great Overall Experience
Went to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot. Evan Wheeler introduced himself and had me test drive it. Test drive was great and saw some things that needed minor repair. Evan assured me they would be taken care of. I made a deposit and Evan was in consistent communication with me the following week. Went to pick up the Pilot and all repairs were made. Evan was professional and personable through the entire process. I will be a future customer of Maximum Auto Outlet.

High Inventory, Low Quality. Dishonest.
It's no wonder their Better Business Bureau accreditation has been revoked for failure to address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith. I was working with Pedro, the salesman, on a Toyota Tacoma. Based on the photos, videos and multiple conversations with him, I was led to believe this vehicle was in very good condition and that there were no major issues. Not once did their manager, salesman, or ad online disclose any issues with the vehicle. I explained to him that I was coming out of state and really needed him to be honest with me about the trucks overall condition, which he assured me that there were no major issues to be concerned of and that it was a "good to go" truck. So I made the flight up from Kansas City to pick up the truck. Upon arriving I found out that the truck had significant damage that was not reported but VERY apparent to the naked eye. As you can see from the attached photos, the entire roof of the truck was dented and scratched in multiple areas and extended to the A-pillars which comprises the integrity of the truck. I pointed this out to Pedro, who then directed me to Stephen Samoy, their sales manager. Stephen offered no explanation or justification for this gross misrepresentation of the vehicle that they listed for sale. They were unapologetic nor did they even offer me a ride back to the airport to fly home the same day. I spent $800 in travel due to their negligence. I requested for a refund of my deposit and travel and was denied a refund of any kind by the general manager and Stephen. I would be cautious with doing ANY business with this dealership. Either they didn't catch these significant and apparent issues during their inspection, which speaks to their quality of inspections and vehicles that they carry OR they caught the issues and chose to be dishonest and not disclaim the problems with the truck. They are dishonest and do not stand by their product.

Thank you, Jimmy, for taking the time to leave us feedback on your recent visit and purchase. We regret the troubles you have experienced with your vehicle since purchase. It is important to note that the only background history we have on any of our vehicles is what is provided via Carfax. Although our vehicles are sold "As-Is" we provide pre-purchase inspections including an extended warranty at the time of purchase. Therefore, the dealership cannot and will not under any circumstances intentionally hide dangerous faults with our vehicles which could potentially put lives at risk. Used cars particularly those near and/or over 100k miles are not in perfect condition and can develop problems just like new cars. However, we do not want anyone leaving our dealership believing we have not made every effort to earn their business. I have since notified the Operations Manager about your situation. I truly hope we have an opportunity to improve your opinion in the future.
