DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My 16 year old daughter had saved up her money for years to purchase her first car, so after shopping around she found the GMC Terrain that she fell in love with. First month of driving it after paying 6000 the car needed new timing chain, water pump, and motor for the windshield wipers. About 3 weeks later the car stalled out while driving it and now it needs Cadillac converter, mass airflow sensor, oxygen sensor, and a new motor for the windows since you cant even put the windows down. I have called Mario and spoken to him only 2 times and each time he tells me he is going to call me back after he sees what he can do for me. I have yet to hear back from him and have called now for 2 week and keep leaving voice messages, written notes taken by front desk, and still no call back. Poor customer service!! Just very sad that my daughter pretty much has lost her money to a piece of junk and sad they are selling cars that are not safe.

Called in to see if the vehicle is still available after arriving the vehicle tire was flat asked how can I test drive salesmen advance he will fix the tires only if I am willing to buy the vehicle in a very rude way

Waste of time, Run. Worst Dealer ever.
Total waste of time, very rude salesmen. We told the salesmen that we will come back and give the buying decision more thought. The salesman said "please don't come back because we wasted so much time already. " We were there for 45 minutes and drove 4 hours to get there. I was told before the drive they would make a deal for me traveling 200 miles. Once I arrived he said all prices are firm, they wont budge $500. I was also told to get a Carmax appraisal and they will honor that trade in value, so i did that and drove the 200 miles there and they told me theyll have to take off $750 for the additional 200 miles on the vehicle.

Dishonest dealership
Traveled hours to purchase a vehicle that they said was in great shape. Turns out damage was spray painted over, carpet was worn through and the vehicle didn’t run as it should. They wouldn’t even give a warranty wth the vehicle. Flew back home wasting hundreds of dollars on flights and shuttles to be screwed by a hugely dishosneat dealership.

2010 Volvo XC60"R" is not an R-design
False advertising. Came for Volvo XC60R, not an R-design. Wasted effort to get there. Buyer beware. I came from 2 hours away. The sales person said: "Oh, it must have been a mistake" I don't buy it. No wonder the ratings are so low. I feel scammed.

We apologize for the advertising error. We checked all of our sites and the vehicle is advertised properly as a T6. The pictures also reflect the correct vehicle. The vin decoder on Cars.com did not decode the vin properly. Our apologies for your wasted trip.

Go Somewhere Else
Each time i’m in the market to buy a car, this place has what I need which is great but the customer service aspect is horrible. I need to go inside to ask to speak with a salesperson when they know absolutely nothing about cars. I was interested in a Maserati parked inside and wanted to know more about it when the man didn’t know what country it’s made in, Italy. Cmon this is not the kind of people who should work at a dealer this big. Ali, is the worst. Always rude and talks back about things he has no clue about. This is the last time I would check a car from here. Not to mention, Ali slammed the door on another parked car, clumsy. Their prices are high as well, when you compare the prices, they say they have the best wholesale prices when its all crap. Sad to see multiple cars I would love to buy when the service makes me unwelcome.
