Global Imports MINI truly makes you feel FAMILY

Once again, Josh Pruitt and the team at Global Imports Mini were outstanding! My check engine light came on late yesterday afternoon. Within 24 hours, Josh was able to get me an appointment, diagnosis my issue, and even get my vehicle fully repaired! He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and I felt at ease by him taking the time to explain the issues and how they should be resolved. I recently moved to a different town that has a local Mini Cooper dealer, but I still make the extra drive to come see Josh and his team because of their exceptional customer service and professionalism. I always feel like I'm in good hands with the team at Global Imports Mini, and they make being a Mini Cooper driver that more enjoyable!

My Mini

Jose, my service person, is always helpful by taking picture of any thing that needs to be replaced, and showing it to me and the cost.If I have to leave my car, he always make sure that I have a loner to use. And notifies me as soon as it is ready. He is truly an asset to Global.

Stranded on Christmas Eve!

On Sunday December 22, at approximately (appx.), 2100 hrs. my 2013 Mini Countryman's service light came on. Prior to this date , I had several conversations with the service department over the past couple of weeks about suspected mechanical issues. So to be on the safe side and according to the owners manual on page 200 I had the vehicle towed the following day. The tow truck arrived around 1138 hrs at my residence on December 23. I gave the driver explicit instructions which were to call me when you arrive at the dealership and to insure you get the names of the individuals who received the vehicle. At appx. 1228 hrs the driver from the towing company called me. He stated that the vehicle was at the dealership and gave me the names of the individuals who received the car ( I choose not to mention any names since this is just my initial complaint). At 1337 hrs I received a missed phone call from the dealership. I tried to contact them back at appx. 1415 hrs from a lan-line phone, but I was continuously re-routed within the phone system. Since I had not gotten any updates I figured that they were working the issue and would be finished by Tuesday so I made other transportation arrangements. However, today December the 24th, at 0819 hrs I get a text from the service department wanting to know what was going on with my vehicle. At 1013 hrs I responded back through a text. At 1340 hrs I call to check on my vehicle to find out from the receptionist that the service department was notified at appx. 12 noon that they were closing. I can't tell you how upset I am right now about just the fact I was not even given the courtesy of a follow-up notification that the service department was closing and I would need to make arrangements for transportation. I do understand that people are thinking about spending time with their families and probably someone dropped the ball. But I should expect a Brand name such as Mini to have better foresight on customer relations and not leave decisions which could negatively, effect the brand to positions that have no decision making responsibility as it pertains to the image of the Mini brand. My question is simple. How would you feel if you were restricted from enjoying your holidays and not having your transportation for three days?

2020 Mini Cooper

We bought our new mini with Mark Johnson at global import mini. We could not have had a better experience. Mark was great to work with and the dealership was top notch.

Service

I took my daughter's car to have a bulb replaced and Lon was the service advisor. He was exceptional and he explained how the key told him which bulb should be replaced. He has a positive attitude and a wonderful personality.
