Service was good but pricing issues
I gave the highest rating because I work in retail and I know they look at ratings. But I have extreme concerns. I came in mainly to purchase a new battery in my 2014 Mini Countryman. I was quoted the price of $512. I?m not sure if this was with installation or not but that price is absolutely absurd! I found the battery online for $200. I got a lot of other things done as well and am completely happy about them but the main reason of coming ended up to be a complete let down. And I know the gentleman that helped isn?t making the prices but he was super friendly. Also, had an appointment at 3 and got there at 2:20 and didn?t get finished until 5:50.

Global Imports Mini
I was met at my car and instructed how to begin the admission into the service area with the Repr wearing face mask to protect us both. I was wearing a mask also. The Service Repr. was friendly, and respectful. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable being there, and performing all the services that were needed for my car. I was informed of the approx time I would be there. Waiting room was set up for social distancing. Well appreciated. Good experience.

A wonderful experience!
What a good car buying experience! I went in for service and as soon as they brought a loaner out I knew that I was toast and would be leaving with new car ? I feel like everyone there was so kind and helpful and I will definitely sing their praises to anyone looking for a new MINI! I had a violent headache all day and MJ and Asif were so kind to find me some medicine. I feel like that little touch was the difference between a MINI dealership and just any old dealership. They (and Tyler) also did a great job at working out a deal that was beneficial to all parties. They really went above and beyond. Tyler was very friendly and personable and I loved how his office was decorated. We ended up naming the car Stormie because of the stormtrooper on his desk! I have to say, I used to work in a dealership so I am used to people who work in dealerships being ?sales people? but at this dealership it is much different, they are just people trying to help you get in your dream car.
